  • Warm Up Advice

    Hey all!

    I have been out of the Gym for quite some time now and I want to start up again. I live with roommates and can't be spending in hour in the shower each morning.

    I was wondering if you all had any advice on how to 'warm up' WITHOUT using a shower. I'll be in my room. I know about rice socks and heating pads. Do these work just as great as hot water? If so, is there any recommended kind?

    I just warm up with my hands:

    • Two fisted grip on penis, left above right, and alternate slow squeezing of hands <count of 35 squeezes>
    • Maintain grip, pull penis away from body <35 pulls>
    • Switch grip, right hand above left, squeeze hands simultaneously <count of 35 squeezes>
    • Maintain grip, keep arms in place and do pelvic thrusts <count of 30>
    • 5 slow jelqs left hand
    • helicopter twirls to left, <count of 50>
    • 5 slow jelqs right hand
    03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

      I'm all manual, and even I had not thought about warming up with the hands. Something to look into... Thanks Incog

          Check out my signature for the Ultimate Warmup. In under a minute you can have plenty of fresh blood pumped into your penis and the muscles warmed up. As I have stated many times before, when I jelq I do so with extreme intensity, and I have never caused even bruising, provided I did this simple, quick exercise.

            why would you need an hour in the shower to warm up? i need 5-7 mins in the shower to finish the warm up
