    Let your EQ & PI's guide you in frequency AND intensity of your PE. We are ALL different, but a well conditioned penis is MUCH less likely to become injured than one that's not.

    Because younger guys almost ALWAYS think MORE IS BETTER! More intensity & more reps on an unconditioned penis is a recipe for injury to the veinous structures in the penis. Lack of maturity & self-control in younger males is what leads them to "over do" PE when starting, which of course causes setbacks in their efforts to grow, further frustrating them emotionally. Younger members "give up" on PE at rates probably (triple or more) than older members, IMO.

    PE is NOT the first therapy a 13 y.o. guy with a micro penis should attempt. Drug therapy such as HGH under the care of a doctor specializing in pituitary dysfunction would be my first suggestion. PE yields best results for males who are considered within the "norm" size-wise for their ethnicity and age, when beginning at the lower end of the sizing charts, IMO.

        Too early to diagnose micro penis in a 13 year old. He may not even hit puberty yet. Slow down.

            I'm just returning to this thread after a long break from the site. It's funny to hear guys in their 20's say they wish they had started at 18. I'm 51 (started at 49). While PE has given me a sexy body, most young ladies are turned off by my age. Guys in their 20's don't have this problem. Enjoy your youth.

            Also, starting earlier does not necessarily make you larger in the long run. Many PE careers end with injuries. Starting younger may make these more likely. I don't think BIB or DLD were particularly young when they started, and look where they (allegedly) got.

              There is a limit to gains which everyone will reach sooner or later. Start earlier you will reach the limit or plateau earlier, but I guess you could impress your peers for longer if that is what you want, the locker room thing. So, it is pointless starting earlier as you won't continue to keep gaining just by doing all the exercises, pumping, clamping and hanging. There is not much point being in cock traction for most of your life.

              I am older than you, I don't want the younger women, sure they are fun but that wears off very quickly, then again I don't want women my age as they have done nothing to try to maintain a youthful and healthy body but have let themselves go, into middle age and old age. Of course when you get to my age, there are going to be lots of women around who are younger, and some of those would be okay with your age especially if they have been around the block with men their age, and not found what they want. Young men basically suck i.e are lousy at sex whatever their dick size.

                I wish I started my journal sooner.

                I discovered PE when I was 18 and dabbled here and there, but didnít take it seriously enough to make any real gains. Iím 24 now and now that Iíve started a journal, Iím tracking my progress and my gains are solid. Start a journal.

                    Data, I note you have enjoyed great success with Phallosan. Would you have done anything different looking back as to your PF routine? Same question as to your hanging experience, other than what you mentioned in your initia post?

                      My only regrets are my injuries, which resulted from (a) using the bathmate rather than a metered pump and (b) starting hanging at too-high weights after vacations. I don't regret using the phallosan - I am still using it as an improvised vac hanger. It's a great device! I also use a Velseal cylinder from pumptoys and MityVac MV8010 air pump, both of which I am thrilled with. Incidentally, if you do get a MityVac air pump, I recommend the MV8010 rather than the MV8510, which is very heavy and expensive and has a vac gauge that's harder to read. Pumptoys sells both models.

                            how did you injure yourself with bathmate? Not sarcastic, really wondering. I thought they were safer than air pumps.

                              Overpumping. You aren't supposed to go over 5inhg but tests show the bathmate and penomet max out at about 15inhg which is a very dangerous vacuum level. There's no gauge so there's no way to tell where you are. Also, the fact that the cylinder isn't fitted means that asymmetric growth is more likely (which happened to me).

                                To be honest nothing. Started out with JP90 & discovered Big Al's Erectionfitness program after deciding to throw some Supplements & Erection cream into my PE TRAINING. I moved into advanced manual Stretching at month 5 which served well & just worked it in with Erection fitness program.

                                Although one thing is certain when it comes to PE . There is a limit to what you will gain & that's a fact. I know some guys here say they gained 3 inches of Erection length & 2 inches in Girth.

                                Truth be told I wonder how. I'm not complaining about my Gain's at all believe me. I AM GOOD🤣 to go.

                                Just interesting food for thought for guy's who started at 5bpel & now have a 8bpel or a 4 EG & now a 6 EG.
