    Background
    I am 43 years old and have been doing PE for about 6 years. Most of that time has been manual exercises (stretching, jelqing). About a year ago, I bought a Bathmate and got into a pumping routine. However, I have only made a small length gain (+5/8”) and a very minimal girth gain (+1/8”) in 6 years. I also have pretty poor EQ and have suffered from premature ejaculation for most of my life. So, I decided to buy a Quick Extender Pro and this week I have started my extending journey!

    Observations

    This has been a good week of getting used to wearing the extender. I determined my method where the extender feels really comfortable. I can tell that my dick is much looser in the extender than it was at the beginning of the week, so it will probably time to add a rod on Monday. I already felt the benefits even after a few days. I think my EQ has gotten slightly better, even though I am still not getting morning wood, and my cock is hanging longer and fuller in a flaccid state. It has been a great first week and I can’t wait to see the progress as I continue on!

    Measurement Monday - After Week 1
    So, I completed my first 15 hours in Week 1 and I am going to do weekly measurements on Mondays.

    I know I was measuring slightly longer during last week, but the rest over the weekend may have brought me back down. Anyway, I’m excited to get through the first conditioning week. I added 3 more small rods (+1.5 cm). I know that is a lot for an extender, but I think I didn’t have enough length last week, so I am really just making a correction to get me where I should be. Also going to add more hours this week. Here we go, Week 2!

      Week 2 Update
      This has been kind of a weird week because I was adjusting lengths and trying different setups. My glans became pretty sore in the middle of the week, causing me to rethink the way I am attaching myself to the device. It was a learning curve week filled with trial and error. I also realized that I can put a lot more tension on my member. My EQ still hasn’t improved, but I was able to get some decent hours in this week and I will look forward to next week.

        Measurement Monday - After Week 2

        Not a whole lot of movement on the measurement front, but I am pretty excited about the slight increase in Flaccid Stretched Length. I can tell things are improving slightly and my EQ was a little bit better this weekend. There has been a learning curve on how to use the device the first 2 weeks and conditioning my penis to the extending. I think I am primed to make some progress in Week 3!

          Week 3 Update
          I settled into a real nice groove in Week 3. Week 2 was spent trying to figure out the best way to secure my glans and I spent much of that week with too much length in the extender. This week I came back to basics, followed the program and brought the extender length to a less aggressive approach that falls in line with the instructions. The result was that my cock felt extremely comfortable in the extender and I was able to feel really good with some longer hours. I even had more of a hint of morning wood this morning, which means I should be heading in the right direction. Looking forward to a weekend of rest and maybe see a small gain on Monday.

            It’s really exciting to start seeing some small movement on the erect length and flaccid stretched length! I feel like my penis is getting conditioned and hopefully, I am starting to move into the growth phase. It really gives me some confidence in the “Less is More” theory. For all the years I have done PE, I have always tended toward the “more intense”. Harder stretching, tighter jelqing, more pressure on the pump. As I follow the instructions from QEP, I realize that I am extending in a less intense state. My penis is comfortably extended, not painfully stretched...and I’m starting to see some good results from it. Maybe it is time to treat my cock a little more gently and get some real success out of this.

              Week 4 Update
              Another good week in the extender for Week 4! I spent the entire week at the same rod length...I am +1.0 cm from when I initially started. Not too much exciting to report as I feel like I have gotten my process down and I am targeting 5-6 hours per day. I do feel like my EQ continues to get better in very small increments. I still haven’t woke up with any amazing morning wood yet, but I continue to be patient. Also, I feel like the Bathmate hurt my EQ last week, so I am going to put a pause on that for a while.

                I’m continuing to see some steady erect growth, including a slight girth gain, which is really exciting! Flaccid length is really hard to measure, so I’m not worrying too much about that. The really exciting part though is that this weekend I started to really see some improvement in my EQ!! I noticed myself getting hard in the shower much more easily and I’m getting a better flaccid hang. Then, I had some decent morning wood today for the first time in a long time. I think things are really starting to pick up heading into Week 5.

                  This was kind of short week for me, got some hours in on Monday and Tuesday, but then rested for the remainder of the week. It’s good to get a mental break every now and then.

                    These are pretty satisfactory measurements considering I took some time off last week. I lost a little bit of erect girth, but still excited about the overall progress. I’ll be interested to see if the rest days from last week have any effect going into this week.

                      Week 6 Update
                      I have been chugging along this week, although I have scaled back to about 3 hours/day to see if the “Less is More” theory works here. I also have stared taking a nightly 20 mg dose of Viagra to see if this helps with my EQ and possibly gains. The Viagra has helped so far the first few days with a little better morning wood. There haven’t been any earth-shattering developments this week, but I say “Keep Calm and Extend Your Penis”.

                          Things are going well. I am definitely starting to notice that my flaccid is a little more engorged these days and is hanging better. I am noticing better erections and more frequent morning wood, which I believe is being helped by a nightly 20 mg dose of Viagra.

                            I had some good solid measurements again this week. Measuring your penis is not an easy thing to do. Although, I have measured 7.25” BPEL a few weeks ago, this time felt different because I got to 7.25” more easily, without having to work my erection as much. So, although the number is the same, I definitely feel like my cock is bigger than it was. All good progress and I keep marching forward!

                              Week 8 Update
                              Another good week of extending, I was able to add another rod (I have added +2.0 cm to my original length) and everything felt really good. I think my penis is really starting to condition to the extender because my glans is not getting sore after a set and I was able to add a rod without any discomfort.
