  • My SOLUTION to Ed(Long but worth the read)

    What Im going to disclose here is VERY VALUABLE information.
    Im tired of visiting forums boards etc regarding ED. Im tired of reading sad stories about men that feel miserable the way I did. Thinking that they've gone too far and those rock hard erections wont be back.

    First im going to introduce myself. I havent been consistent but Im one of the early guys from early 2000's when enlargement programs started to be around.
    I tried a program, back then, I didnt have erection problems. I went from 19cm to 20.5. Little I know the price was going to be high.

    Lets face it, we all want a bigger member, at any price. And a larger heavier penis who has been desensitized through jelking, stretch and even kegels, will not work like a fresh teenage dick.

    Lets say if you eat 500 hamburguers you wont be hungry for number 501.
    There may be lucky guys with no erection porblems to begin with. Other guys that do PE and it doesnt effect EQ.

    But for me and thousand more it did. Then continued to research PE looking for the solution to my weak erections. At first it was just not stayin hard long anough.L ater i always needed manual stimulation.LAst I dont hard just by looking at girls I mean Never. Lately I needed oral sex to get a full erection but still can perform.

    Since PE is a complex matter and its very easy to over work resulting in poor results frustration and even damage...Im not going to go and argue that Jelq is not good for ED. Some of you will claim it made it harder. And it happened to me too, But! Is that hardness stayin forever? Will you be hard if you stop jelking all together? Remember before entering PE you didnt need to do anything in order to be hard. SO are you goin to be jelking dedicated, time consuming just to be hard?

    I dont know about you but I wont, plus the risks involved. For me, Im 21cm and thick
    So to everybody suffering from ED, to all those PE guys that reached a decent size and care more about EQ......This is for you all.

    Lets face it,the damage is done...sad I know. You paid a price to have a bigger penis. And either you go on taking pills,viagra, gigko, gingseng, tribulus or whatever works for you and lying to yourself, or keep jelking and kegeling for life, for hours because once you stop your EQ goes down. Or you read what I have to say and put it together. Now your rock hard erections dont come naturally, you dont have a off the roof libido. You just need to be really hard when the time comes. Im not gonna make you go wild and hard when you see a girl walking in the street.thats psycological Ed, nerves involved, overstimulation through the years and its somehting I cant work on. You would need serius abstinence to work on that and this is not easy. What Im going to give you is a simple easy solution so when you find a girl and she masages your penis it will get REALLY hard.

    Im not adressing premature ejaculation here.You better get a hard cock, even if you cum in 1 min. And when you get there we can talk about premature ejaculation.
    My chalenge to everybody is. Try this for a week.If you dont see improvement come here again. Dont take supplements during that week, i want you to believe that you recover only doing this. This is going to be your weapon.

    During my week plan starting monday you MUST NOT:
    -Drink alcohol, not a single drop.
    -Masturbate, porn cibersex,or whatever or touch until Sunday.
    -Have sex.
    -PE.
    -Take drugs like gingko, Viagra or whavter. You can take protein or vitmains though. Regular diet
    -You dont need to exercise, sports or anything but its ok if you do.
    So basically Just leave your penis alone for a week
    And now MY SOLUTION!!!!

    I got it from a text Im sure you've read anytime, its been around for years in many websites but nobody paid attention and Im not gonna take the credit.

    The website basically said less is more when it comes to PE. They said all these websites with endless routines are wrong. They said recovery is more important than exercise
    The thing they adviced for rock hard erections was perform a long sustained Kegel, a really strong one for 30 seconds. Release and do it again. Do it 4 times til you complete 2min. THATS IT!!! Anymore than that you will keep with your tiring soft dick. Masturbate after that and you will keep your tired assed dick.

    So what you are going to do is perform 4x30seconds extremelly hard kegels resting 1 or 2 seconds in beween. Do this ONLY monday,wednesday, Friday. Do anymore than that and you will remain with weak erections.

    Ok so thats it, leave your dick alone,eat healthy, Do this little exercise. Sleep 8hours a day and on sunday just look for your favourite movie and let me know!

    So I guess the science here is we overwork the penis and specially the PCV with hundred repetitions. The muscle is tired. Those fast repetition dont build strengh. These 30 seconds isometric contraction and forthe rest of the day build your PC like nothing else Ive tried.
    If you are desentized or your hormones are not like a 16 year old....lets face it,time flies and you are no longer 16, plus maybe you've damge your penis trying to solve your ED. So the only way to get a rock hard erection now is a ultra strong PC to pull it up.
    Best of luck,give it a try.

    After a week once you get that rock hard erection, if you cum too fast just masturbate on the off days, I suggest 1 or 2 days a week only. Watch long videos, not short. Work your way to climax, stop. Dont kegel or anything. Just stop let it go down and start back again . DO this 3 or 4 times just to train your brain and penis to a higher excitement level.
    Ok this is my grain of salt. I know it sound tooo little and too easy, but hey the penis is not the biggest organ either. You dont need that much to work it out effectively.On the other hand too much work ends in overload.

          I have been fighting diabetes induced ED for over 15 years and I believe your statement that everybody suffering from ED will be helped by your theory is a bit of an overstatement. Granted, kegeling will help with ED, especially temporary ED induced by over exercising your dick. However. kegeling will only relieve some of the symptoms resulting from ED induced by physiological conditions such as venous leaks, diabetes, endocrinological imbalance (thyroid condition, low testosterone, or high cholesterol for example) and other infirmities. For those suffering from physiological induced ED, the best solution is to visit a urologist, or an endocrinologist who are trained to treat the cause rather than the symptoms.

            Obviously Im not a doctor and reading my whole post you can understand this post is refered to overtrained PE guys suffering from weak erections ocasionaED etc.It was the solution to my bad EQ.There been many times when I couldnt do it to a girl but my dick was in some way responding,maybe not getting hard easly,not tooo hard and not stayin for too long.
            REMEMBER ED is the inability to obtain or "mantain" an erection long enough for intercourse so yes I can say its a solution for ED.Thats why Im asking you how severe is your case.If you cant even get semihard I dont know how helpful this can be.I havent been in that position.Give it a try
            Like I said in my post maybe its not about curing the physiological,the damage is done and I dont know but it may be not possible and even if you get to solve it in the meantime if you can get a decent erection by doing what I said,should be kool.
            I repeat KEgels done the wrong way ar emore bad than good.Give it a try nothing to loose.Wish you the best

              I would like more people writing accepting the challenge I posted rather than bashing it without trying.If you do it and it doesnt work Ill be more than happy to recieve critics. But it takes no time and its quite easy,just do it and then come talk.
              I just wish somebody had share this with me years ago.Im sharing and you guys dont seem to appreciate it.

                Well I have benn doing kegels are reverse kegels for 30 years and about the only routine I haven't tried, is the one you mention.
                My partner complains about the iron bar in her back every morn, but hell I am a youngster ,g4 is in his 70's with many years of pe behind him and still has good libido and good eq.
                I do think many guys overdo it though.

                  Agree I think what happens is the combination of excess masturbation and excess PE that leaves the penis non reponding.we should alert the newbies

                    Sorry, I didn't mean to bash your theory as it applies to overtrained ED guys. Your lead in phrase "to everyone suffering from ED" was the wording that I thought was too broad a statement. No, I am unable to achieve even a semi without chemicals and/or constriction assistance and yes I have abstained from everything you listed for extended periods of time from one week to one month without amy improvement. Unfortunately, fifteen years of ED makes one a little sensitive to claims of an easy solution to chronic physiological ED.

                    With regard to temporary EQ problems resulting from PE, I think your theory makes good sense and is worth a try..

                      Carlos, most of what you say is entirely true. I am 50% sure that my mild ed is a result of me performing enlargement techniques improperly and with too much force when I was a teenager. I used pumping, stretching, and jelqing and I believe that they increased my size by about half an inch, but weakened my ability to maintain erections as easily. Your solution is also correct, completely laying off your penis has always been the best cure I have discovered. Complete absitnence for 1-2 weeks at a time, followed by sex/masturbation which focuses entirely on pleasure. This has yielded the best results for me.

                      As for your kegel routine, I gave myself prostatits by doing an intense kegel routine everday, and it took me 2 months to recover from it. The kegel routine you describe looks very easily done, so I may try it. I highly advise against doing intense kegels, erect kegels, reverse kegels, and combining it with edging/ballooning as I do believe that this practice puts alot of strain on the prostate. I think that the kegel routine you describe may be beneficial, but Im guessing most of your results come from the rest you give your penis which allows it to heal and recover, and your hormones to normalize.

                      Also, like the poster above me has pointed out, Carlos recommendations and my own recommendations really only apply to those who are suffering from mild ED due to penile damage from penis enlargement techniques. People with moderate/severe ED with systemic causes probably will not benefit nearly as much from a "rest and heal" approach.

                          I used to get hard as a pole when I was with my ex, but ever since we broke up, I reverted back to masturbation( sometimes twice or 3 times a day) I think I screwed myself over with constant porn and masturbation. That was a month ago. Ive been doin PE for a month and taking supplements to cure what I think is my mild ED. (cant get fully erect when masturbating or when trying to have sex but maybe I have been overtraining a little. I will take on your challenge and let u know what happens? And is it really that important to take long breaks when u PE?

                            I would only advice abstinence if you really have an adiction to masturbation/porn wich most of us have. As for the results yeah you got a well rested penis,its going to be better but Ive tried and rest alone wont give you a rock hard erection just a better erection.Think of this like a gym,Rest is ok but while resting the whole system gets weak.The key in my solution is you are not making your penis and hormne system tired by stimulation,orgasm,eyaculation...you are resting your system and penis chambers while at the same time strenghening the pelvic floor musclesin a good way and giving them time to recover witht he 2min kegels.Isometrics are the fastest muscle growing exercise,I even use it in my gym routines.
                            So after a week your penis is rested your minerals etc restored and not exausted from masturbation and your PC stronger than ever. Figure out what happens next ;-D Rock hard erection

                              Dude everyone is different but if I were you starting I would stop jelking all together. Do 5x1min streches.Front,down,up,left and right.1min each.
                              Yeah jelking makes your dick all fat and even more gains on lengh when combined with streching. BUT I dont think its really worth it.You can get results in lengh with streching alone,maybe slower but save your penis health.
                              I dont advice PE everyday,you should have 24h in between to recover.
                              You would not need long breaks in PE if you do it like this,day in day out and if you are not masturbating. Doing both will kill your system and your penis.Try to keep masturbation to once a week.If theres a week you are so horny a nd want to masturbate a lot take a break on PE.feel me?
                              We all here have come to the conclusion that masturbate to porn educates the brain in a wrong way to the point were we dont get hard wihout visutal stimulation,for examples no lights with a girl in bed.So I highly suggest you listne to our humble oldie advice andd masturbate in your bed,feeling your had touching it and maybe thinking about the girl you saw in the bus.But the less ppron the better.And of course if you use porn use the long videos. I cant insist in this anymore.Short videos and jumping form one to another will teach your penis to stay hard for only 2min. grab a 30min vid start and dont stop till the time cums to eyaculate.Then stop let it go down and keep mastubatin to the video
