  • Erectile dysfuntion from jelquing/stretching. Noting seems to help.

Over a year ago I got erectile dysfuntion from jelquing. And actually not just that. I hit jackpot. Now I have ED, Pre E, frequent nocturnal emissions and the worst of all - very low libido. I 26 years old, fit, eat well, earn good money, so it looks like all is fine except my absolutely fcuked sexuality. I tested my blood, including hormes - all is fine. Visited andrologist/urologist and also did RTG of my penis- I was told that all is fine. So from doctors perspective all is tip top.

My erection quality started to detoriorate during jelquing, personnaly I think that the main culprit is from stretching flaccid penis but that is just my opinion. I was single at the time and although I noticed my EQ to go down as well as Pre Ej I did not care that much because I was using porn anyway so I did not have to be fully operational so to speak. I thought it was just an anomally, specially that I had very hard time then mentally speaking. The problem is that nothing got better and I still have ED, Pre Ej and low libido. Does not matter if with girl or using porn or other softer artificiall stimuli. Every time is exactly the same. I have to put myself to PONR to get an erection and of course it causes a lot of pre cum as well as almost instant ejaculation. Simple as that.

I think it could be damaged and out of balance pelvic floor but I have no idea how to fix it. I tried front and back kegels, front and back reverse kegels. Nothing. I tried to isolate IC muscle but i could not do it. So also noting. I would really appreciate your advices because I am really out of ideas and simply don't know what to do.

Thank you for being thorough but they are really fine. I am perfectly aware that those bullshit standards do not take age into consideration by my results are as follows:

      total testosterone: 32.3 nmol/l = 931.60 ng/dl
      prolactin: 168 mlU/l = 7.90 ng/ml

One more thing tht I noticed is that when I get my poor erection, BC and PC muscles are overactive - I can literally feel how badly tensed they are which would suggest that IC muscle is not working properly trapping the blood inside penis and that is why those two must work extra hard but it is counterproductive. Any thoughts?

No, unfortunately in my country it is unavalable. Physiotherapists for pelvic floor do only women, never men.

I am from Poland. I did not check estrogen (estradiol) same time as those last two (cause as far as I know total T and prolactin are usually most important when it comes to men's sexuality), but at the beggining of my "problem" I tested all hormones.
                  T was pretty much the same - around 850-900 ng/dl, prolactin was much higher - around 300mlU/l, SHBG about 40nmol / L and estradiol about 45 pg/ml.

There are physio who do male pelvic floor in Poland not sure how advanced they are with overactive pf .

If you have no faith in them use resources onsite to relax the pelvic floor . There is the possibility of an underlying posture issue again the provence of a physio.
