    Hey guys
    after a rest time of a few weeks i'm starting agian
    i kinda lost hope in PE because i didnt see fast results,wich snowballed
    so i took some time off and i've recently decided so start agian
    im looking for a length gain of 3CM's and a girth gain of 2.3 cm's

    but, can anybody give me some tips to ad to JP's beginners routine?
    for extra girth etc?

    I'm sure most people will advise you to complete the beginners routine to avoid injuries. I find jelqing and stretching is more than enough to acheive gains in both length and girth. I've only been PEing 3 weeks and am already seeing results from this routine.
    Starting Stats (15th Febuary 2010):
    EL: 5.7 inches.
    BPEL: 6.25 inches.
    EG: 5.25 inches

    Current:
    BPEL: 7 inches.

    Goal:
    BPEL: 8-10 inches.
    EG: 6.5-7 inches.

      Well,i still have a lot of questions
      i kind of burst into PE with a hundred kilometers an hour instead of first going to 40/60/80 etc

      so i wanna do things right this time
      make sure i got my jelq's right etc

      for example: what is the ideal jelq, that the penis has a lot of blood in is and is just hanging big
      or that the penis is semi-standing and then jelq
      because i cant hold that state constantly (after 15 or so reps it goes back down agian)

        also: how wise is it to pump next to your PE regime
        because im using the bathmate about 4x a week but could this interrupt your gains?

          I sometimes combine pumping with my jelqing, just after I finish my stretching session (3 rounds of stretching for 30 seconds in ALL 5 directtions: up, down, left, right, straight out).

          The way to do it is to pump for about 10-15 minutes, then take off the pump (unless you want your dick to temporarily look like a bulbous light bulb!!!) and begin jelqing as normal. Once you have gotten at least 50 jelqs, then jelq yourself erect again, and put the pump back on.

          Just avoid "Bulbous Dick/Light Bulb Dick" at all costs, and you'll be fine!!!

            As far as I'm aware you should feel the movement of blood in your penis, when reaching the end of your jelq stroke touch your glands, they should be hard. The ideal erection level is around 60-80% as far as I'm aware. If I'm wrong can someone please correct me.
