    hey guys im new to this. two days ago i was jelqing and felt pain on left side at base.i stopped right away but the area is now tender.any of yall had this before.is it serious.how long should i be sidelined and can i even cont pe.it ticks me off because im really enjoying pe.thanks

    Take at least a week of and see if things get better. If it does simply continue, if not take another week, and by then it probably should be healed up people do get injuries, just watch out not to overdo the exercises, and have a efficient warm-up which is EXTREMELY important.

      Also, go slow when beginning to restart stretches.

      When you begin pulling, go at it very very slow, kinda easing into it, and stop where it feels right.
