    Hello all, well i've been pe'ing now for a coupla weeks and everything seems sound. Good pi's, some morning wood, bigger floppy etc. Im sure my bpfsl has shot up .5' already! Questioning whether i measured right the first time though, seems a lot for just a few sessions?

    I knew i was hooked on porn long before i even heard of pe, but my EQ was in a bad state prior to pe, so i use porn to keep up to proper jelq levels. I know i shouldn't be unloading soon after a workout, and have started phasing in an edging routine at the end sometimes. Due to my kegels now im getting to the Ponr a few times before unloading, and am getting a bit of control. Loads are stronger too.

    Problem is im tugging-off 3 or 4 times a day. One is usually the edging and the rest are through the day. Actually had 3 edging sessions today but they all end in ejaculation. I reckon shooting so often cant be too good. (though i noticed since the kegeling and pe started my third load of the day is now more intense than the 1st used to be before!) But always porno on the laptop. I really want to go cold turkey, cos i think this much jacking off could spoil gains ?

    Considered giving the laptop to someone for a few days so i had no access to porn, get deconditioned off it. However i've come accustomed to following the forum each day, pegym is a great motivator. Plus without the porn im worried i might be jelqing too low a level.

    Anyone else go through a battle with porn ? How did u stop it ? Is it hurting gains ? Whats the best thing to do here ? I reckon its an addiction, and that if i go through a period of abstinence and withdrawal, i'll hopefully get to maybe just shooting once every few days, seems like a better amount to me.

    i was also an addict to porn and i guess it's normal for us guys during teen and post-teen years (some 13-25 years of age) and somehow, i did managed to ignore those when i have some things that i need to focus about: like hitting the gym, doing workouts and some activities you consider worthwhile. you may try to watch some sports that you like (soccer, football, tennis games) and if you get hard on those sexy ladies there -- try to watch swimming women (they are not sexy, imo)

    on my porn rehab i learned to watch skinny ladies on the fashion runway, and at first, i admit that they turn me on but afterwards, since they're too thin, i don't manage to get hard on it.

    well, then and again, try to switch to activities that you consider interesting. and wait, if you focus on your PE-ing while not watching porn, i think it would be great for your success! i am watching some comedy sitcoms or news programs while doing my PE workouts and i bet your dick wouldn't get hard as if your watching porn

      I used to think I was addicted to porn but I wasn't as bad as some. I used to watch it everyday before going to bed and jack off at that time. One thing that kinda helped me was the computer gtting a virus. Surprisingly it wasn't porn related, haha. So I was away from it for maybe 2-3 weeks. I didn't know what I was going to do so I tried to go cold turkey and it worked for me. It really sucked but I tried to masturbate without the porn and if you use your imagination right you should be able to stay just as hard as without. Sounds stupid but it works, this was before I found PE too. Shooting off that many times a day sounds like it could affect your gains negatively. I used to do it 2-3 times a day too so I know how you feel. If going cold turkey is too hard you could try going off it a little bit at a time. I still watch porn everyday but I don't feel like I need it, it's just fun to watch, lol. I slowed down on the ejaculation too, I am now doing it every 3 days. I just started a week ago and it can be hard but I use it as a reward on my off days. Hope you can find something that works for you. .

        Cheers for the input guys! Today i did my jelq session early, and a bit of edging afterwards, and went jizz-free! Just finished stretch routine, and im going to try and get through the night without gimping-off. Think if i manage the day then tomorrow i can get some control over it. Good workout today.

            Stop watching porn. Start jelqing and getting hard with your mind. Imagine the girl you liked the most the last few times you watched porn. It will work. But don't watch at all. If after a while you need some type of motivation, watch the olympic games. A lot of hot babes there. If you don't take care of it, it would be impossible then for you to have sex with a girl.

                Yeah that's the ideal. Socialize, fuck hotties you like. Porn has existed since the moment of the creation, and even before, and it will always exist, only because there's people who for some reason, cannot accomplish the "normal".                       Thanks guys u all make good points. Haha yeah thats what am a do, go out and get back in the game. Been off porn now 2 days, done 2 pe sessions and not given into the urge. Think cos i was suffering some bad ED and split with my bitch, i retreated into a world of porn.

                      Since i discovered pe i've thought right i'll keep my head down for 6 months, then hit the scene with a fat-ass dick, but i actually think its important to keep involved in the game.                         Very cool, keep confident dude, I just decided 5 minutes ago that I will be keeping away from the porn for a while. You are right stay in the game, I haven't been in it yet (haha) but not having an ideal size shouldn't stop you.
