    im doing 1 on and 2 off because the beginers routine stated that . and after 1st week of 1on 2off i will do 1on 1off in total of 5 weeks. then i will do JP's 90day routine. im just on my 1st day of pe yesterday. im taking my 2days off .. so im doing a good routine right . ?

    Tenacious, Goining411by7 is right before you know it you won't need the porn. 10min is fine, but it also depends on how many days you do your PE and the days that you rest. When I started I had your problem and I was pe'ing 2dys on/1 dy off with a total of 45min jelqing. Now I do 3dys on/1 dy off and just a little under 40min of jelqing. Staying at 50% erection for the beginners is really good too, you don't want to jelq with a high erection that can always be dangerous.

    You might try jelqing BEFORE stretching. And try to cut back on watching porn. In the long run, you will be able to stimulate yourself and maintain your erection level for jelqing much easier if you cut out the porn.

    hi guys. yesterday i start my beginers routine with 10min warm up. 6min stretch. 10min wet jelq. i hav a problem on jelq because when my dick is erected for about 50% then i jelq some it goes back to being flaccid again and to get back erected i will watch some PONR to get erected again on 50%.i follow the 10min jelq but not continous because of my problem. So my question is, can you give me a beginners jelq repititi0n so i can focus on it and not overwork my dick. Thanks . . !
