  • on a scale of 1-5 how hard do u squeeze when u jelq?

    1 being gentle, 3 being medium to hard, 5 being very tight the veins are popping out

    Just interested to know, i read somewhere that only a slight touch is required, recently I've been trying a gentle jelq but it doesn't seem to have a lasting affect. I might go between 3 and 4 depends i don't want to enhance the curve I already seen developing. And which way should i jelq, up, down, to the side? my curve is to the left.

    3 Because my penis is conditioned I believe. It feels very fluffy when jelqing and during the day so I can apply more pressure. But if I used this much pressure when I first started, it would most likely hurt and got me injured.

      I started out with a 1, and overtime I've worked my way up to a 4. If you're new, you'll want to start with a 1. There's no need to rush into anything.

            i started with 1 and i say at 1 1/2 no greater than 2. These numbers have been good to me.

              I started at a 1 or 1.5. I now jelq about a 3. For me, the time I jelq seems more important than the force (I am an advocate of fewer is better).

                bigsilo, kingpole: I am with you on this. Lately I have been doing moderate jelqs and for about 5-10 minutes and I am getting good PI's.

                  i make sure that my veins are sticking out but to me i dont feel i am squeezing that hard? If anything its the same amount of pressure as a slightly firm handshake. I thought the point of jelqing was to increase vein capacity, so that there is more space for blood to flow to?

                      I try to jelq at around a 3, but try to throw in some softer jelqs during my routine. I try not to exceed the limit of 3.

                              Previously I was jelquing at about 4.5 (pretty damn hard) but I find that a firm, gentle grip (about 2.5 or 3) does the trick as far my hand and penis donīt get that tired, besides is easier to prolongate the strokes up to 10 to 15 seconds and is less likely that you will get injured.
