  • need help on routine (small dick)

    hey guys im new to this forum and i really want to do PE, because i have a small dick, im ashamed to my dick. 4 inch when erected, 2 and half inch if not.. Guys i really need your help, i want to make my dick longer, i want to achieve 6 and a half inch when erected, it is my dream, do you think it is possible for me . ? Can you recommend me some routines . ? Im gladly appreciate it . ! By the way im 18 and im an ASIAN. . I will do anything to make my dick bigger.. I will start my PE tomorrow after school, hope you guys can help me . Thanks in advance. . !

    Current (3/7/10)
    E.L. = 4"
    EG = 3.9"

    Short term Goal
    EL = 5"
    EG = 4.5"

    Long term Goal
    EL = 6.5"
    EG = 6"

    Firstly welcome! Of course you can, but only if you belive and stay commited to routine! You should start with JPs 90 days routine as it is recomened... Happy gaining

      Relax son you still got some natural growth coming. In order for PE to work you must get into a relaxed sense of mind and body. i reccomned the beginers program.

        ok thanks guys.
        What do you think of this routine:
        - 10min warm up
        - 6min of basic stretching (with kegels)
        - 10min jelq

        I see this routine in beginners penile exercise.

        And can i do warm down and traction wrapping after i finish that routine? How many min of warming down and traction wrapping do i need. ? Thanks guys

          Kingpole, when you say "beginners" routine, which one are you referring to? JP's?

          Also, do you consider a rep when both the right and left jelq happen or just one?

            tenacious....just chill out and start with the beginner routine.... dont over do it....it will come

                          90 day beginers program by JP. I grew on one very simular to JP's program.

                            hey tenacious_d,
                            welcome to PE! If you want beginner advice, then please read my growth log.
                            I was ashamed of my small dick at once as well.. but I have never given PE a good consideration until this month. but I knew what PE was since about 3 years ago.. man I wish I had started a good routine then..

                            but the great thing is.. you are only 18! by the time you get to 20, you will have the size that you desire. but don't let your initial anticipation get the best of you. nice and slow wins the race. As for you, I recommend babbis routine - that's what I am doing.

                            and one last final advice... take at least a day off!! and stroke your penis nice and SLOW and SOFT.. like an egg. thats when it will grow nicely.
