    what do yall guys think about this...ill lay off for a few days and just do some keggles...then after i notice my EQ is back up ill go back to JPs routine except doing 2 sets of each jelq instead of 3 sets...what do yall think about that...i have a feeling i might have been doin the jelqs a lil too aggressively...it cant be all bad though because my last session i did, the jelqs were done lighter and i def noticed a much more plump feeling since then...even today my dick is still relaly plump flacid

    You might want to try reversing the order and do the jelqing first. The stretches usually lead to a lower EQ. Jelqing should do the opposite. 40 % erect for jelqing is, is my mind, AWESOME!!! I wouldn't want my dick much stiffer than that for a good jelqing session.

    thanks man appreciate the advice...so as far as the EQ excercises go...im currently doing 50 5 sec hold keggles every other day...so should i do those with erect keggles or what...like 50 soft and maybe 10 erect with holding till losing erection?...id appreciate any advice man thanks ahead of time...

    Id give you the exact same advice. Take a couple days off and focus on EQ by doing erect kegels and edging.
    Also look into Kingpoles erection tea it works great.

    When I first started PE about 7 or 8 months agao I started with a very intense routine that I found on the internet, after about 2 weeks of doing it I had a huge drop in EQ,it was horrible I could barly get 70% erect even when watching porn (imagin how I felt when I had a girl with me).After I found this site and all the exercises to help with EQ my erections started getting harder and harder as time whent by, now im usually an 8-9 EQ,so focus on erection exerises and youll see a big difference just remember you need to take rest days from these aswell.

    Id say to take a few days off now then start up with the EQ exercises.

    im having a similiar issue...except im hangin full all day...nice and girthy...but im havin issues stayin hard during sex the past few days..ive been doing PE for about 2months and just switched to JPs routine...whast ur input hjfboxer

    Wannagrow is right. take a few days off and when you come back lower the intensity of your workout.
    Not everyones dick is conditiond the same you may need to start out a little slower.
    Also look at kingpoles threads on kegels and edging to help with EQ.

    from what ive read id would wait on buying anything like that...just do stretches and jelqs right now...at least for the first 3 months...thats what im goin to do

    You ARE doing the stretches FIRST right? Jelq later, that seems to be the way its done, BUT I never have heard that you HAVE to do it in a specific order.

    this is a similiar issue im having antonio...ive read some posts that this plump/longer hangin all day wiht weaker EQ means that gains are coming...its temporary though...
