  • Ok something is wrong.

    Ok i have been doing PE for 2 days now and i have been doing 150 jelqs and the v strech for 30, and left,right,up and down for 30 seconds each. also i have been warming up for maybe 15 mins, i have been doing them right and im never too erect to do jelqs im always like 30-40% errect when doing it so can someone tell me why is my penis hanging low now, also when im errect i cant even tell i use to be hard as a rock.

      id say a low hanging larger flaccid is a good sign.
      What do you mean when your erect you cant even tell? so you have no feeling in your penis?

        No i can feel it its just that i cant get 100% erect anymore

          im no senior memeber or experienced Pe'r but i have read alot on these forums and it sounds like an overworked penis.

            this is a similiar issue im having antonio...ive read some posts that this plump/longer hangin all day wiht weaker EQ means that gains are coming...its temporary though...
            started (mid Dec. 09) 7x5.4
            currently 7.25x 5.4
            first goal 7.75x 5.75
            ultimate goal 8.5 x 6.5

              You ARE doing the stretches FIRST right? Jelq later, that seems to be the way its done, BUT I never have heard that you HAVE to do it in a specific order.

                Yes i stretch first, also i am buying a penis extender does that thing work.

                  from what ive read id would wait on buying anything like that...just do stretches and jelqs right now...at least for the first 3 months...thats what im goin to do

                    you my friend overtrained yes...leave a few days of a rest and start ligtly! LEES IS MORE!

                      Wannagrow is right. take a few days off and when you come back lower the intensity of your workout.
                      Not everyones dick is conditiond the same you may need to start out a little slower.
                      Also look at kingpoles threads on kegels and edging to help with EQ.

                        im having a similiar issue...except im hangin full all day...nice and girthy...but im havin issues stayin hard during sex the past few days..ive been doing PE for about 2months and just switched to JPs routine...whast ur input hjfboxer

                          Id give you the exact same advice. Take a couple days off and focus on EQ by doing erect kegels and edging.
                          Also look into Kingpoles erection tea it works great.

                          When I first started PE about 7 or 8 months agao I started with a very intense routine that I found on the internet, after about 2 weeks of doing it I had a huge drop in EQ,it was horrible I could barly get 70% erect even when watching porn (imagin how I felt when I had a girl with me).After I found this site and all the exercises to help with EQ my erections started getting harder and harder as time whent by, now im usually an 8-9 EQ,so focus on erection exerises and youll see a big difference just remember you need to take rest days from these aswell.

                          Id say to take a few days off now then start up with the EQ exercises.

                            Once your EQ is back to normal then continue with your routine and kegel or edge after your session.
