  • Incorporating Girth Work?

    Idk if i still am "allowed" to post in these forums being a PE'er for 11 months , but i had a question which i thought was pretty newbie.

    How do i incorporate girth work?

    My main focus is still on length and i am doing a jelq only workout currently. When do i put in girth exercises such as horse squeezes/uli's? Do i do them after my normal PE workout or during?

    I kinda feel that doing them during my normal workout my be overtraining. And another reason is that i probably wont be able to get a good erection for girth work during my normal workout anyways. I think ill need porn for girth work

    You don't need porn for anything. Add in a few uli's at the end of the routine and perhaps cut back on a few jelqs to compensate.

      IMO your training should be done all at once, and then rest. If your constantly doing work, you wont have to time recover. As for girth work, jelqing should be continues and I think you can incorporate horse squeezes/uli's for 15 minutes. There's vids on how to do them, just search.

      As for porn, do your self a favor and stop watching it. When I first started PE (6 weeks ago lol) I couldn't maintain an erection for my girthwork. I could barely get it up (when by myself) without porn. After a month of not watching porn, I can get hard whenver I please for as long as I please. My erection quality both by myself and with my girl increase substantially. Stopping myself from watching porn has been the best thing I've ever done for my sex life, with PE a close second.

        Im not an avid porn watcher, i only watch maybe 1 or 2 times a month.

        Idk if i can do ulis and horse squeezes without porn because after jelqing for 30 mins, i dont really get an erection (i usually do low erection jelqs). And at the same time after about 1 or 2 squeezes, my erection goes down and i cant get it back up to 90-100.

        Are there any tips for this?

          When you are jerking off get in a few uli's.
          Can you get fully erect when jerking off?

            How long do i hold each squeeze for?

                      Lol thats not my girth.. HAHAHAHA, im sorry to laugh, but notice i said NBPEL in my signature which means (non bone pressed erect LENGTH). Hehe, thats my length not girth.

                      I would NEVER want a girth like that, im settling at 5-5.5

                          Ha ha, my bad. I was not paying attention. Yeah, I'm shooting for 5.5" - 5.75" but 6" isnt bad if I settled down and expanded w/ her if you know what I mean. Keep it intersting so to speak. I was NOT happy at 5" girth, girls never really felt all that tight. After I PE'd to 5.25" I noticed a HUGE different. I lost my gains though after a one week break. I'm working back up to it though.

                            Yeah fuck that. I doubt many woman would even want to fuck you. I would not mind having like a 6.75" flacid girth that shrunk to 5.75" when erect. That would be sick. I would not mind having a flacid dick the size of my shoe flopping around in my pants. I would be scared to fuck a girl with it though.
