  • Noticeable gains after 1 exact month of PE

    hey guys, just wanted to share my gains so far to motivate and encourage others and tell them to keep believe and work properly and gains will come.

    Measured:
    december 12 /2009
    NBerect length: 15.5 cm = 6.1 inch
    erect girth: 4.2 inches
    flaccid length: 7.7 cm = 3 inch
    flaccid girth:3.7 inches = 9.4 cm

    Actual Measured January 12 2010
    BPEL: 18 cm or 7.1 inch
    NBEL: 17 cm or 6.7 inch
    Flaccid girth: 4.4 inch or 11.2 cm
    Erect girth: 4.8 or 12,2 cm( mid shaft) and 5.1 inches( base)
    flacid length: 9 cm or 3.5 inches

    Keep going guys, make sure you're working properly

    hey i am also brand new here to pe and that is great i am the same length as yourself can you please give me some examples of the routine and advice you got from going411by7 thanks alot

          Start off with the beginner's routine. I would say increase the number of jelques as you go along and do them as slow as you can. try 5 seconds strokes, that worked great for me. The slower i did the jelques , the more i felt the blood was being pushed and the glans was at its hardest.

            Wow man, I hope I can say the same thing after one month, i'm in my second week right now. What was your routine concerning resting? 5 days on 2 days off? Because now i'm doing 2 days on and 1 day off.

              I've always done 5 days on and 2 off, sometimes i will do 6 on and 1 off. at the beginning it was hard, i used to be real sore the next day, but as u move along, the penis adjusts. however, i do think that this differs with people, i am a beginner as well but i think it really depends on how you feel and how your body adapts.

                      Wow congrats dude ! I am a 4-4.5inch base girth myself and would give anything to gain like you. It give me hope thanks ! What are you doing for warmup/warmdown ?
