    I have been Peing for 10 months now made 1.1in in length and around 0.25 in girth........I have for the first 8 months had great EQ around 10, sometimes 10+!! My dick was pointing up at 11 o clock i done around 100-200 pc quick kegels everyday (not religiously though!).
    However the last 2 months i would say i am a 6 or 7 EQ dick points at 9 o clock at best! Measurements are lower dick is softer, weaker, smaller and when im erect there is less blood going into my glans! But im getting a good flaccid hang! So my question is... should i do BC kegels 2? the same amount as PC? what is the difference.....are BC the ones you can feel working around the gooch area? I have tried erect kegels but my erections are even too weak to attempt these. If anyone has a good idea at what i should do that be great thanks x

    If you have been doing only standard pc kegals, then I suggest you start balanceing them with bc and reverse kegals.
    How is your sexual stamina?

      Was not the longest tbh, but in my current state i dont think i have a great enough EQ to have sex, it feels weird even masturbating just now, im tryin 2 stop it effecting me mentally or my EQ will drop even lower. I will start reverse kegalling and BC kegels, how much of each shall i do? It a shame.....i used 2 even get random erections throughout the day that were at a 10 level...

        First uli have a week off you may just be overtrained, we see this commonly.
        I will look at your other posts to get an idea of your routine.

          Ok uli, while you are somewhat of a veteran you are doing an intense routine.
          I see you had a rest a little time back did that help?
