  • My PE training what do you think?

    So finally made it and made myself a comfortable training. This is a modification of PESGs program:

    - Warm Up 10-15 minutes
    - 10 JAI Stretches (10 kegels at each stretch,relax repeat)
    - 50 fingered squeezes
    - 5-way Basic Stretches (2 sets)
    - 20 Circle Stretches (10 each way)
    - 60 Wet Jelqs (5 second strokes)
    - warmdown 5 minutes

    On days off:

    -edging

    So what do PE experts think of metod. Training lasts for about an hour, 2 days on 1 off. Thats all just intrested what you will think...thanks

      I cant sleep so I decided to add some things to my routine...nothing much but this is good...and I also forgot some things in my first routine description so here it is and tell me do you think is it too much or OK:

      - Warm Up 10-15 minutes
      - 10 JAI Stretches (10 kegels at each stretch,relax repeat)
      - 50 fingered squeezes (4 fingered)
      - 5-way Basic Stretches (2 sets)
      - 20 Circle Stretches (10 each way)
      - 60 Wet Jelqs (5 second strokes)
      - warmdown 5 minutes (at the time of warming down I do 50 more kegels, but on days off I dont do kegels)

      NEW:
      -edging for around 30 minutes after training (it is 2 days on 1 off routine on off days so on 3rd day which is an free day I will ejaculate)
      -I thought of adding bed fowfers also every night for 30 minutes before I go to sleep for some nice flaccid gains

          kingpole this afternoon im I will go with this routine I will come back on this thread in a few days and tell you how does it feel. Thanks for interests!

            Dont think otherway i am not understanding atall How all Working. Will U send me a video dont mind send your personal and tips. Please next summer2011 i am going to marry. Now i am 22. Never had sex.

                  @advenkatrao on this forum every one will try to help you...just ask what you dont understand..you have many videos on this site so you can look at it you can PM me if you don understand some practice

                  @tatto4027 JAI STRETCHES - stretch your penis straight out and do 10 kegels...release, relax, repeat 10 times or lees for begining...

                      Well i think it has been a few day, how does your rouotine feel? It should feel good, almost as good as edging does. Ypu should want to nlow youor load at the end of the seesion it feels so good. Keep it in the pleasure zone.
