    I've been doing stretches at about 10%. My routine goes.

    warm up with cloth 5-10mins
    stretch 10 mins
    jelq 500
    penis slaps about 30

    And thinking about putting cloth back on for another 5-10 minutes at end you think that would help with length games? And what percent of rection should i be at for stretches.

    Btw i use lotion for this. Not lube or etc.

        I'm not sure what you mean by 10 %, but I would try to be totally flaccid, if possible, for all the stretches, especially stretches such as the BTC. Normally, it doesn't hurt to be a little "pumped." If that is what you mean by !0 %, then I don't see it as a problelm. For newbies, however, totally flaccid is best.

        I like to do my jelqing routine before the stretching routine because I get a better pumped penis for the jelqing. I try to jelq at
        30 % to 50 % erect, no more.

        A longer warm-up at the start, maybe 15 to 20 minutes, might also be more helpful.

          You should use lube for jelqs. A small amount of erection is fine for stretches, but as flaccid as possible is best.
