  • Just saw a urologist..what now

    I have had the hard flaccid for 8 months which has also affected my erections.
    I went in and he took my penis and stretched it out as hard as he could for about 10 seconds and felt around, which was very painful. I felt liek it was almost going to rip off. Im sure this made it even worse. Then he checked my prostate and told me my penis is normal and everything is fine. It isnt though..its hard and shrunken and my erections are terrible. So my question for you is what's the next step? What the hell do i do now?

    Jackson, my friend had a similar problem and you might think it's crazy but he went to a chiropractor who popped his back. It fixed this problem. He said the nerves in the body come from the spine from the head and the bones out of place squeeze these nerves and make problems with the body and organs. I hope this helps you and I wish you luck. Maybe someone else can give you some more information than me. Chin

      I have this at times - it helps to apply lots of heat to the area in intervals.

        I'm not really understanding what the actual problem is. How did it supposedly start? Never heard of a ''hard flaccid''.

          I think he means that it's still in a flaccid state, size-wise and flexibility-wise, but it has the slightly chubby feel you get when you are beginning to have an erection. At least, that's what I have before heat softens it out.

              The "hard flaccid" expression always confuses me. But Jizz, what you describe is ideal for beginning all p.e. routines. I call that a "pumped" or "flushed flaccid." This means your penis is not turtling and it's ready for action. The only time you wouldn't want this is if you are going to do some really intense stretching, in which case you want a totally limp dick.

                Well if I understood him correctly the "hard flaccid" thing means that the penis is like shriveled up. It is kind of when it shrinks when we exercise or swim for example. In other words it is like a turtled penis but kind of firm.

                If that is case you must rest and apply some hot wraps to see if it improves. By resting I mean no PE or masturbation AT ALL for a couple of weeks and see how it goes from there. Throwing in some kegels might also be a good idea but be careful not to overdo them.

                Sorry if you have mentioned it before but how exactly did you develop this hard flaccid?

                  If a hard flaccid is the same as a turtled penis, then my experience has been to just leave it alone and not to bother practicing any kind of exercise until it naturally returns to a more plump extended state. We all go through periods when our dicks turtle for many different reasons.

                    I stretched too hard and one day it shrunk to 2 inches and became rock hard. It does that often and wont go away and has affected my erections.
                    I havent doen any p.e since then except occasional bed fowfers. Ive tried to hot wraps for a while but it didnt seem to be helping

                      I see so it is indeed what I thought a result of overtraining. But if has been an ongoing situation for 8 months I am afraid it may be something a bit more complicated.

                      A couple of questions though:

                      Would you please your current erections compared to what they were before , have you lost any size at all erect wise? I know you say your EQ is bad but please elaborate a bit more on the subject.

                      I have read that sometimes a hot wrap/cold wrap treatment aided with some massages have helped some members.
                      In this time you have suffered this condition have you visited an urologist before? Did they perform any kind of tests?

                      I am no expert on the subject by any means, but I don’t think the tests done by your urologist were very helpful. I would maybe try to get a second opinion and try to perform as many tests as possible like a doppler scan to see if there is any scar tissue. Also it might be a good idea, although shameful for you maybe, to be totally honest on what happened and tell all the details to your doctor so they might be able to help you.

                      Have you tried using Viagra and/or cialis to see how they affect your erections?

                        My eq was a 10/10 before this, now its about 7/10 and has lost 1/4 inch in girth along with length. I dont want to keep losing size so Im kind of stuck..do I try to start doing p.e again or keep letting this problem go on because it never seems it will go away. Im thinkin about getting an extender and try using it when my penis is at its softest. I take arginine, hawthorne berry, gingko and multi vitamins every day to try to help out erection quality.

                          Hey jackson28, I'm no expert on your diagnosis/problem, but I would suggest starting out with some kegels and light jelqing.. You don't want to overdo this from the start if you decide to go forward with PE.

                          Since I started drinking green tea with honey I've noticed rock-hard erections when I need them plus morning wood every single day. You should try that out to - it WORKS.

                          Oh, I would not reccomend viagra... When you stop using them, you erection problems might worsen, and you'll be needing twice as many just to keep your boners.

                          Good luck anyhow - PE will work for you one way or another.

                            Yeah kasper is right and your idea of an extender might be a good idea. I know Viagra is not a good idea, I was just wondering if he had ever tried to evaluate his erection quality using it. If he can achieve a fine erection with Viagra my guess would be that there is no physical damage to his penis, just an idea.

                            Anyways jackson try going for a VERY light routine as well as some kegels, but really start with something almost minimal, as the reason of injury was overtraining and we want to slowly recover your dick.

                            Also if you use the extender go easy on it as well. Use lots of heap and warming up; maybe try some hot/cold wraps in your rest days along with some gentle massaging to help recovery. Try to avoid having an erection for a couple of weeks and then see if there is any improvement.

                            I will try to do some research and see how others have overcome similar problems or see if we can think of something. Try to relax, the body is very wise and it can recover from almost anything, I am sure you will eventually recover and why not, make some great gains.

                              Try massaging it softly with baby oil, bio oil or some vaseline daily for a week as that should help soften things up.
