  • Getting too Erect...

    ugh, the past two days of PE, every exercise I do, I have been getting too erect, whether it be stretching, or jelqing.

    Tried adding JAI stretches today, and by the 5th one I was already too erect to do more :/
    Goal: Huge

    You could try clearing your mind or thinking about anything that does the opposite of turn you on.
    Sometimes it just happens though, so you could also try doing it in the evening when your tired.
    Using a very light touch might help as well.

      I was trying. I kept counting the seconds and only thinking about that. Ugh, this shit hasn't happened since my first few days of PEing

        Try kegeling and edging then.
        It should give you better erection control.

          I had the same problem the first couple of months of doing PE.
          After that, it fixed itself, you dick gets used to it, and you're able to control your erections.

            You could try ejaculating before doing PE this helps some guys.

              Damnit, ugh, same crap today when I did PE. 20 jelqs and I'm too erect for what I want
              At this rate I'll have to ejaculate before every PE workout! Not what I want. Grr.....

              Why am I all the sudden getting so sensitive to jelqs? This hasn't happened since I first PE'd! I gave up on my jelq workout doay and had to settle with roughly 5 minutes instead of 10 :/

                Your focusing too much I guess.. honestly I have no clue lol, I never understood exactly why you should jelq with a fully erected penis (or one of over 80%)... other than injury... can it actually cause negative side effects other than injuries?!?

                Someone mind to explain? Sorry if I'm getting off topic... just curious >.>;

                  I have a similar problem. I wasn't like that when I started PE. It seems that with my improved EQ my dick has become so sensitive; I can't jelq or stretch anymore without becoming fully erect. The only solution that works for me is to think of non-sexual things until my erection subsides, then resume my PE workout.

                    I guess the best way is to watch something you like... that won't make you erect while doing it, that's what I always do... plus it help to kill the time...

                      think about loved ones, sports, men or some disgusting stuff you see at websites. (messy dead bodies and such).

                      It actually helps

                        I got the same problem, and it has put me off from doing PE because it has happened so far in my last 4-5 PE sessions.
                        I've tried releasing my load before it, but still happens after a while. I've noticed it doesnt happen if I release my load several times during the day but I dont want to do that.
                        Start 15th July 2009: 5.25" BPEL, 4.5" EG
                        15th August 2009: 5.6" BPEL, 4.6" EG
                        15th Sep 2009: 5.8" BPEL 4.6" EG


                        PE restarted 12th June 2010
                        4th July: 5.65" BPEL

                            I saw Ron Jeremy speak at my university a few years ago, and he was asked how he keeps from ejaculating during making porn with the hottest women.

                            He said he thinks about dead dogs and his grandmother. That is pretty bad, but I think it might help.

                              Gravic how long have you been doing PE? I think you guys are experincing improved EQ. This is a good thing not a bad thing.
