  • Need advice on my kegel routine

    so i think i may have overtrained my kegels abit by doing it every other day so i am going to switch to less frequency higher volume and intensity


    i only do it twice a week because i like to concentrate on a good session

    weds and sat

    normal Kegels- 100 (always increasing hold time slightly)
    erect kegels-100
    towel raises-100 (always increasing resistance slightly)

    do you lot reckon this more intense session twice a week only will be better for recovery and still still make improvements in the area. i mean i did this routine and i was sweaating it was intense as f##k

    ive read a few people on here think that 2 times a week is good for EQ because of the adequate recovery time
