    Last week was the first week that I started a beginners routine and after the first 2 sessions things seemed pretty cool. But after my last session I noticed my penis getting a little tender and afterwards I saw that I had some sore spots. Also during the Jelq I had a hardtime getting myself erect. Here is my routine please help.. I'm going to just chill out until I can get some advice form you experts out there.

    I do all this inthe morning while preparing for my shower.
    ~~7-8 minute warm up with a warm towel
    ~~I stretch my penis straight out for 30 seconds holding a kegel from the 10-20 second count, then I do a helicopter rotation from the base to the right 5 times and then to the left 5 times. And I repeat his process for an up, right, down and left possition.
    ~~Then I do wet jelq's in the shower with soap (which might be the problem). I do 50 jelq's where both hands equal one rep.
    I would do this 2 days on and 1 day off.
    Also through out the day I do 50, 2 second kegals.

    And that ends my routine.

    Other concerns I have are slight muscle pain (same pain you get in chest and arms after a good workout) in groin area. Maybe from Kegels?
    Also would you recomend taking male enhancement pills while doing PE?

    The reaction your penis is having may be due to the soap you use.

    I'd advise a lubrican't like baby oil, it doesn't irritate the skin.

      Sounds like you wore your dick out a bit as well. why don't you take a few days off. Rest breaks are as important as the actual PE.

        hmmm... Don't use soap. Says that quite a bit actually Anyway, take time off until you heal. Get some Vaseline at least bro.

          Thanks for the advice.. And I think I will chill out for a 3 days and read somemore and watch some videos so I know exactly what I'm doing. I guess I'm just a little to gung ho about getting some results. By the way, how do I create a signature for my posts?

            Yeah going at it too hard is a big problem with a lot of new people.

            Go onto the main page and choose "Edit Signature" at the side. Then enter your sig and "Save Signature" at the bottom.

              after im done warming up for 15 min(10 with a rise sock, 5 with a towel)
              do i begin my stretches, and my towel raises?
              Or do I jelq first, and after im done jelqing do I start my stretches, and towel raises?
              Or does it even matter?
              Can anyone help pleaseeeee?

                It shouldn't really matter. Personally I do my stretches first.

                Are you sure you've done enough PE to be doing towel rasies?

                  no need of towel raise at the beginning even after just do like 50 kegels 2-3 time a week for few week thats enough.

                      When I started almost three months ago, in the first few times of exercising I had a sore penis. It was because I was jelqing too hard. Even the day after doing PE I still felt that, oh yeah, somebody has been doing some penile exercises because my penis hurts!

                      Don't worry mate! PE is a learning experience. You will find the right lubrication for you and the right grip.

                        iv known & tried pe for about 2 months, but i recently came
                        up to this website and wanted to start a strict routine.
                        today i started my routine..


                        -10 min warm up with a rice sock, 5 min with a hot towel,but not too hot to burn my penis.
                        -Then i do towel raises, with a light towel for 5 min.
                        -After i stretch my penis, i do the rotating stretch.
                        -After that i re heat the towel(with water) and i warm up my penis.
                        -Then i start jelqing for 10 mins.
                        -After im done jelqing, i warm down exactly how i warmed up.
                        - & before i but my pants on, i give my penis a little stretch.

                        anything i should change up??

                          Throw in some blue veined throbbers for about 5-10 minutes while you are warming down. Ballooning/Edging is a great way to end a routine and it keeps turtling to a minimum but try to abstain from ejaculation if possible.
