    I started taking L argine about a week ago. About 2-3g per day, and I've noticed since taking that, I'm now waking up in the morning with a boner again.

      Be careful. Too much L-Argnine, too quickly will cause the runs. Build up slowly.

      I've got a Tiger by the tail.

                I use NOW L-Arginine. You can get a 250 (500mg) serving bottle from bodybuilding.com for 11 bucks.

                      I take these as well and I think they're good. However I'm on 2 x capsules a day as I think this gives me much better morning wood.

                      I assume that you're in the UK, so if you want to get cheap L-Arginine, check out Healthy Direct. The price per tablet is almost half the price.
                      Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

                        I think I might start taking two then, if it will give me better PIs and isn't going to be bad for me and I will certainly check out Healthy Direct!!

                          Well try taking two tablets a day for a week or so and see how you feel. I always take mine at night before I go to bed on an empty stomach as they work better this way. If you take them on a full stomach they're aren't as effective.

                          I would also cycle them as well. I took mine for a number of months and the results wore off. I stopped for 2 weeks, then started back up again and my morning wood was strong again.

                          Healthy Direct are good because they are cheaper than places like Holland and Barrett. They also recommend taking between 2 and 6 tablets each day. 2 tablets is 1000mg which is what I was taking. I did experiment with 4 a day but if I'm honest, I didn't see any marked improvements.
                          Don't focus on the destination but enjoy the journey!

                            i take arginine on workout days only. I find i get real good wood when taking taurine and it is cheaper than arginine. but the two together can give you some really good wood.
