    Is it normal to not get morning wood upon waking up?

    My oppinion is anyone doing PE should in fact get morning wood. I see not getting it as a Negative PI.

      I didn't get morning wood before I started PE, and i'm still not getting it, but my PE workouts feel good.

        I was lacking myself, but it soon came back after exersizing a few weeks.

                Super B complex, L-Argenine 1000mg, L-Lysine 500mg, Calcium, zinc, mag combo, mens multi vitamin, genseng, ginko biloba, saw palmetto and a good omega 3 fish oil to start with.

                  I'm currently taking calc zinc and mag combo, fish oil, multi vitamin, vitamin c.

                  Which of those ones you listed is the most important phibby?
