  • New Guy.. Some Advice?

    Hi, I just stumbled across this site today and it seems a lot of you have had good success from what I have read. I'm 21 and short for a guy seeing as I'm only 5'4" tall and weigh about 112lbs. My measurements are:

    BPFL: 3 and 3/8 in
    BPEL: 5 in
    FG: 3 and 15/16 in
    EG: 4 and 2/16 in

    I guess I should be happy as it seems I'm ok on length considering my body size but I would like to be around 6in long and around 5in. in girth. Is gaining an inch in girth feasible and how much time should I expect something like this to take?

    That's my initial goal but girth is the most important thing to me right now and anything more is fine but beyond that I honestly don't care because I think that would look absolutely huge on me.

    Welcome onboard the PE Gym, I wouldn't think that having a goal of 6" EL and 5" EG would be to much for your body size.

        Well, I am on day 3 of PE'ing and just thought I would run my routine by you guys. So far daily I have been doing:

        5-10min Warmup
        Stretches every direction w/ 20 kegels
        Helicopter Shakes
        4-6 min stretching again w/ harder longer kegels
        50 Wet Jelqs/25 V-jelqs until 200 WJ's and 100VJ's (kegeling before each stroke)
        Warmdown

        Is there anything I should adjust in my routine? I also masturbated afterward for like 20-30min without ejaculating this is considered edging correct? I wasn't sure if I misunderstood the terminology or not. Also, I have been jelqing anywhere between 40% to damn near 100% erection level just depends on the day and my mood I guess. Is there anything wrong or less effective about jelqing at the different erection levels?

        I haven't seen any concrete gains yet obviously but after the workout when I was edging and my penis was fully engorged it was around 5.5" in length and I didn't check the girth at that time. It definitely went back to normal at ~5in. when I checked later on but.... i was pretty happy while it lasted haha.

          Looks like a great routine, keep at it stay consistant, patience is the key.

            riverrat, DO NOT Jelq with 100% erection. Keep it around 60-70%

                Seriously though, it will dramatically increase your chances of injury, like thrombosed veins, purple blisters etc. and is generally considered unsafe.

                    I just wait untill my erection has subsided to the appropriate level. You will get the knack of it eventually, it's partly a question of programing your brain (and thereby your dick) to the fact that this is not masturbation, but jelqing.

                      Bign, the trouble your having is not uncommon. As Scipio pointed out it is more or less a mind game, there are also a few things you can do that may help. Clear your head and know you are exercising not masturbating. Don't look at what your doing, go by the feel of your unit, just the visual of touching yourself could excite you. Lighten your grip until you get the hang of things. Do not touch your Glans, this will get you erect very quickly. I don't touch mine hardly at all, I leave that for my wife. Make sure your not Jelqing too fast, each stroke should take no less than 3-4 seconds. I just put something in my journal about Jelqing, hope this helps. HT
