  • Can't stay flaccid long enough to do stretches properly?

    Hi...

    At the moment my routine is like this...
    Warm up 5-10min
    Jelq for 15min.. with a 1 or 2 min break half way maybe to calm my erection to a good level
    Warm down 5-10min

    but no stretching :/ ... as soon as I warmup... I cannot get myself to lower than 30-40% erection..
    Squeezing the glans if anything makes me harder.. not softer..

    even if I wait a few mins... just a few stretches.. and I'm too hard too continue.

    Perhaps I need a desensitizing product? though I have good stamina already.... but still maybe this is what I need?

    I've even tried watching the most boring TV channel I can find to take my mind off of sex.. lol.

    Oh and masturbating beforehand doesn't help either.
    I'll just post how much I've gained in total since Sept 28 2010 :P. Newb PEer. Gained so far: Erection quality and stamina. measuring: once per month.

        hehee that'll do it.. but otherwise.. I'll try just relaxing for an hour or however long it takes to get my unit to behave and get a decent set of stretches in... hopefully it can be trained like you say.

          NewCell, Waylander is right; I had that problem when I first started do PE. Now he knows when it is PE time and when it is fun time.

              Two potential tricks. Masturbate before you exercise, but not right before. Also, I've found that having a single drink (wine with dinner) can help a bit.
