  • Questions, dear questions.

    It's my 2nd week of PE.
    I guess I'll get straight to the point then.

    1. Should I jelq with 20-50% erection level? because that's what I can manage right now.
    2. Strength - is it enough that you feel your fingers sliding against your muscles? I'm not sure if I'm going too hard or too soft.
    3. Are kegels/stretches/circles stamina exercises?
    4. Should I jelq downwards? (as in, towards the ground?)
    5. Should I kegel during jelqing?
    6. What "ok" grip - standard or overhead?
    7. Should I try the "Ultimate Jelq"? it looked promising but I am confused.

    1. Well 20% would make it more of a stretch exercise and it's not really what you want with jelqing. Try to get harder.
    2. You don't have to squeeze overly hard just what feels good to you, like if it starts to hurt you are squeezing too hard, no blood mid-shaft and up too soft.
    3. Stamina as in? How you will last in the bedroom? Stretches/ circles, no. Kegels can help if you know what you are going for.
    4. Not too sure I personally don't and haven't tried it.
    5. You could since you have a hard time getting blood flow.
    6. I go standard, but it's up to you.
    7. No you should go 3 months before trying anything more advanced.

      I would jelq straight ahead and then at the end, you could try to stretch your dick straight out and then DOWN--after finishing your jelq stroke. I call it the jelq/stretch combo, and I love this movement. When you get to the end of your jelq stroke, grab your knob (Be sure to cover it with foreskin so that you don't injure those sensitive nerves right before the corona) and pull hard straight out and then down. The whole movement should last anywhere from three to five seconds.

        Hmm, thanks for that.

        I usually do my PE during the night time when there's no interference.
        And it's been cold recently, like 17-19 degrees celcius, so maybe that's why I may have troubles keeping an erection.

              IF you have a problem with 17-19 degrees affecting you I would hate to see what winter brings

              Anyways go to walmart or something and buy yourself one of those mini plug in heaters for like $20. They can really heat up a good sized area, and by this I mean more or less do PE near it and that should help you fight the cold.

                Alright, thanks for your inputs!

                Just wondering, I am doing JP's routine 3 days on, 1 day off. I decided to edge during the day off.
                I did edging today for 20 minutes, but in between some of my semen "leaked out" while I was grabbing my shaft to stop myself from ejaculating.
                So when I decided to finally go all out, I came a really low amount. Tried again, same result.
                Is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

                On a brighter note - I've noticed a slight increase in the nerves on my penis. Didn't notice them before but eh, dunno.

                  When edging you should really try to not ejaculate, it works better if you don't.
