  • After 3 months, no real gains.

    Hello there!

    I did a PE routine for 3 months but I didn't really gain, so I'm looking to change things up a bit and start gaining again. That's why I need your help!
    I think I should do more tunica stretching, because mij BPSFL is less than 0,5 inch different from my BPEL.

    The routine I did for the last 3 months:
    Warm up (showering)
    basic stretching, like JP's beginner routine
    100 slow jelqs (5-10 sec)
    occasionally some edging.

    I did this 2on-1off or 3on-1/2off, depending on my weekly schedule.

    I'm thinking of adding tunica tugs to my routine (3 sets of 30 seconds) and replacing some of my slow jelqs for 3 sec V-jelqs (like 70 normal jelqs/30 V-jelqs or someting like that)
    Do you think this is enough to start gaining again? Or do you guys have any better ideas?

    I'm hoping on some feedback!

    I had the same problem with seeing no gains. You just have to kind of play around with what you are doing. I personally needed more rest days because thats how I am, so play with that and if that doesn't help then go for adding in new stuff.

        i am hitting my stride now.. routine is extending 4-5hrs a day on spring tension, and 15min a day jelq. I now do 2hrs extending early, then jelq session noon, then 2-3 more hours extending after that. The results I'm getting are exceeding my expectations. At the current rate I should hit my goal in about 9 months or less
        starting stats: 6.5-6.6 BPEL 5.5.-5.6 EG
        March: 7.2 BPEL x 6.0 EG
        March: BPFL 7.7
        Goal: 8.0 NBPEL x 6.2 EG

          I forgot to mention that I do warm up. I usually do my routine after I took a shower. Should I take a longer shower or should I use a osrt of heat wrap while showering or something?

            I just fill my bathtub with enough hot water to cover my groin area, sit in it for a good 10 minutes (if I've got time, 15 minutes).
            And warm down in the shower by spraying the water from the nozzle thing, for about 5 minutes.

                What did you do to increase the intensity, volume, and/or frequency of your training to force gains? Also, a common mistake is to treat stamina work as an unimportant add on to a routine. Stamina work is the most important part of your training and it should be tracked and improved upon just like the other portions of your workout.

                  Yeah, Big Al is the man, but I was going to mention that you should be monitoring your PI's and take it over the edge, then rest. Like today, I did a bunch of Jelq's this morning, but still feel pretty normal with a decent flaccid and no feeling of "worked" penis. This tells me I need to do another equal routine in the evening. I have only been training for 1 month and do not have current measurements, but almost everything I read says you need have to follow PI's and bring your routine up to the about the point where your bordering some negative PI, then rest for a day, and when PI's are positive start again. I think of it like working out, bring my muscle to exhaustion,give it some time off, and start again. For me, this is usually a 2 day on, 1 day off balance, but I did have a 2 day off session over the weekend and found my morning wood was a bit better.

                  I have found that over the past month, what use to wear me out, does not do it anymore so I have to just about double it. The thing for me is, I do not have the time at one sitting to take out 1/2 hour, so I try to do various workouts during the day, and my warm ups are exercise based, instead of heat based.

                    I had a lot of negative PI's (about all of them, lol) and that's the reason I started doing this 'lighter' program for the last couple of months. My positive PI's increased drastically while doing this routine.
                    But since I see no gains, I think it's time to add some more intensity like Big Al said.

                    I would like to add different jelq techniques instead of only the OK-grip jelq. (in replacement of or on top of the ok-grip jelqs I already do)
                    As mentioned in my first post I would also like to add tunica stretches, because I think that my tunica is a limiting factor.

                    About the stamina work. I do edge from time to time. I agree with you that it is important but I don't always have the time to edge directly after my workout. Is it okay to edge on any other moment throughout the day or on off-days?

                      Questions, how many times in a week do you ejaculate? Do you take any supplements, like arginine and zinc? I think in your case you're either working too much or not enough. How easy can you get a semi or an erect? Personally I think thats the #1 most important PI. As long as you are horny and have an easy time with getting a semi and have no pain or discomfort, then I see no problem with going everyday. I believe some people need more work than others, and some need less.

                        I normally ejaculate about 3 times a week... I do not take any supplements, never did. I'm on a protein-diet though, since I'm working out 3 times a week.
                        I'm 20 yo and have no problem with getting a semi or an erect. Neither by myself, while fantasizing/watching porn, nor when a (not too bad looking) girl touches it, starts dirty dancing, you name it, lol.

                        I definetly will increase the intensity, do you think I also need to increase the days on/off?

                          I think I'll try that! A relaxing moment in the bath tub is nicer than showering too

                              Sounds good, may be better ejaculating 2 times a week though, but thats your call. I never used to take supplements either, but they can help alot on recovery that way you can have more on days and have the chance to gain faster. The high protein is good I believe for PE, especially eggs lots of eggs and zinc, just avoid too much soy protein and products if you can. You step up the intensity some and see how it goes. If you become worn out down there on the first day you increased the intensity, I would just take a couple days off and repeat. If nothing changes, keep going with higher intensity untill you do become a bit worn out and take a few more days off. Hope this might help
