  • PE For begin

    I have been training my pen. for around 2 to 3 month already, not at full time and had a 2 weeks brack in the all time,
    my question goes on this:

    I have a lenght of 15 cm weach is around 6 " and 4.5 cm on circunf.


    I am not sure about any grow at all, thought I do believe that the
    penis itself is more robust and stronger when arected...


    My basic training routine is 30 minutes a day,

    start warming up with hot water for 10 to 12 minutes and do my exercises
    during the hot shower..

    Stretch for around 15 minutes, and milking for around other 15 minutes...

    Didn't started the Kegel routines yet cause I think its to soon yet...


    need some advises here from the experts please...

    It is never to soon to start kegeling. How are your erections are they 100%. Have you noticed any erection improvement from doing the PE that you already have done?

      Yep, the erections are just harder and stronger...
      Also last time I had sex with my girl friend she tolled me
      that it was larger and bigger in diameter...


      I actually see some improvements specially when its erected...

      I ned to know the exact number of Jelks that I am suposed to do ?!

        If you read the 90 day routine, there is a reccomendation for the exact number of jelqs you should do per day. Although, since you've already been doing this for 90 days this may not be what you want.....
