  • Specific Plans for my Goal?

    I'm kind of new here, I will start jelqing next week. My main goal is to enlarge the head of my penis... I want a huge head. My secondary goal is to gain thickness and girth and my last goal is to gain length. Which program should I start with? I do have the bathmate so if you can incorporate the bathmate into a program that would be great.

      First (of course!)

      Second, my glans almost doubles in size during high EQ erections. I recommend stamina work--thats a safe way to pump the size of your glans right away (while doing a standard beginner routine).

      At first kegels are enough, but eventually you can move into more advanced stamina exercises.

      Take it slow though & don't do stamina work daily (let your pc, bc, etc rest during your rest days)
