    I was walking in the airport and I almost forgot why three months ago, I disliked wearing a tank and shorts: I was very conscious of my wang(sad to say my flaccid form is only a bit bigger than a thumb, both in girth and length). I also must admit I masturbate at the least every other day, on my stomach somehow, hands free. I'm going need to know if it is absolutely necessary I quit masturbating or not.

    Anyway back to the story. I was walking pretty confident not knowing that an entire volleyball team was about to walk towards me. I may have been looking a bit prideful because I was pretty tall and big for an asian, and one of the girls told her friend, "look at his package." It took me a while to realize but just a couple of steps after the entire volleyball team passed me, it hit me. The girls saw my thumb.

    So what I'm trying to say is no more. I'm ready to jump into PE. I don't have money to shell out for anything, as I have no money coming in, and if there is some coming in, it all goes to gas. I'm so poor I have to make $40 of gas last for 30 days, as I still live under my parents. Some would say that is a very difficult task, especially considering the prices in California. So that means no penis gel, no pills, all I've got are my two hands. I'm going to take a look at the links people have generously shown me tomorrow, but for today, I'm just letting you know, I feel like the smallest man in the planet, and I'm ready to change it. 8 inches is my goal, 6 inches in girth, 6 inches erect, 5.5 girth my short term goal. But most importantly, my goal I absolutely must achieve is a bigger overall package, one that seems normal to any girl, under shorts, thanks to those girls

    P.S.: I've been extremely sad because I used to have somewhat good size: 7.5 erect, and possibly 5.5 girth. Now I'm currently at 4.9 inches erect, that's just laying the ruler next to it, not pressing it into my skin, or stretching my penis as far as i can, and 5 inches in girth. I have no idea what happened, but it could be I masturbated everyday in boarding school, my junior year, which I've been told are the most crucial years in any growth, penis, muscle, brain, anything. I knew it was bad, but in a boarding school with all boys, I needed to keep myself sane, and think about girls, and of course masturbate to them. Oddly, I am and still choose to be a virgin though. I'm 20, one year away from the drinking age. I really hope this is not taken as a joke. Thanks to anyone who helps, and hopefully victory will be mine. Sorry for all the info, but I felt I should lay out my history, show everyone that I'm trying to correct it as I don't want to repeat history, and regain my previous endowment, if not go beyond it.

    Penis size is never constant, this is something quite a few people believe. So why you have shrunk in size may be caused by many things, and it will happen as you grow even older unless you workout your penis. To me it sounds like your EQ (erection quality) has decreased, this will be one of the things that will improve the quickest due to PE, and one of the reason many beginners gain so quickly in the start.

    As to pills, penis gel, etc. ; You do NOT need it, all I had the first couple of months(and I grew quite substantially) was lubrication(something similar to baby vaseline) for jelqing. This and your hands is all you will need After a while I got cable clamps, and this is all I have bought. So being poor, is not an issue, your dedication to PE on the other hand is.

    Start out by checking out the beginner forums, and reading up on PE as much as you can. The best advice I can give you; take it easy. TOO many people come into PE overeagerly and get injured. Which of course isn't something you want to do. This is real life, and there is no "try again" button. So take it easy, and it will come to the forum and good luck to you haha01

      I am not an expert on this, but the way you describe masturbating is very similar to Traumatic Masturbatory Syndrome.

      It can cause serious problems for a male, have you always done this since you were able to masturbate?

      If you can, STOP this practice & use you hand. If you are unable to achieve orgasm by any other means than this, you need to speak to your Dr & get referred to a specialist.

        I agree with UYN & Vulcan.

        Study PE, and then when you're ready, pick a starting routine.

        Beginner Routines
        Beginner Routine Light - PESG (& his motivational story)
        Beginner Routine Light - Babbis
        Beginner Routine Medium - Remek
        Beginner Routine Intense - "JP's 90 Day"

        Start very slow & increase intensity very slowly over time. Read PESG's story for a good example of that.

        Also, your EQ is low, you really need to make sure you include Kegels as an integral part of your routine. Don't kegel every single day though, give it time to rest; otherwise, your EQ will drop.

          Thank you for the reply. I have no clue what's baby vaseline, but I know using full-on vaseline is very very difficult to work with. Yep, definitely going to be checking out the forum regularly now.

            I can do it with my hand, it's just that I preferred the hands free method. But come to think of it, when I did it with hands for a while four years ago, my penis did increase a bit, or because of puberty

              Thank you. Can these be done with my bare hands? Rice sock is probably out of the question, because using new rice every week is a surefire way of my parents to figure out I'm doing PE. DIpping my wang in warm water is still a good warm-up yea?

                  I agree- there are quite a few examples of men complaining about ED on this forum that have a history of masturbating in that fashion.

                    u have to be joking me lmao

                    as a VERY young kid i used to jack off in that fashion. i believe in this method being very bad for the penis, as after a while i noticed a skin tag(flap of skin which can be caused by friction on skin) on my dick WHICH I CUT OFF ugh.....my penis is much smaller then what i believe it should be based on genetics and i always felt like my early masturbation had something to do with the lack of development

                        Baby vaseline is kind of softer and more liquified than regular vaseline.

                          u werent kidding. I'm trying to stop it by using my hands from now on. Do most of you think that it'd be best to stop it altogether or would I lose my sanity?

                            Can't exactly get it right now even IF I had the money. I live under parents and with my sister. I never would hear the end of this once they found out I PE. I can do it if I don't buy anything. But baby vaseline is definitely going to raise concern and possibly laughter.

                              If you try to go 5-8 days without masturbating, then you should find that you are more sensitive to stimulation when you do, I would recommend this.

                              Over what time period had you been practicing the horizontal method?

                              I do think you should switch over 100% from now on - if you can.
