    Calixto- The last thing I want to do is overtrain. I think I have a pretty solid routine for a newb rite now. However, I would like to start to get into hanging, but was just wondering if doing both of these techniques would be synergistic? At one point I am thinking of my routine looking like this. 10 minute warm up. 2-3x20 min hang sessions, followed by low erection light jelqing for 15 minutes, then a 10 min warm down. However, this routine is for way down the road when I have more knowledge of PE as well as a more conditioned penis.

      I suggest you use the tried & true methods before experimenting. Doing an experimental routine is like trying to fix something that's not necessarily broken.
