  • Beginner's warm up

Just a question? I have been doing PE for a couple weeks now and want to know how important it is to warm up for 10mins? I do warm up but only for about 3-5 mins. The reason for this is I use a rice sock and the heat is very hot and it works well I just can only tolerate it for about 3-5 mins. My penis seems to be steaming and is warm once I stretch and start the exercise.

I do warm down to for the same amount of time. Also I am working out on a schedule of one day on and one day off. Will I see results with this system. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Only looking to gain about an inch hope to obtain this within a few months.

    Hi Labman,

I am new to PE too, but I've read tons of post on this forum during the last few months.

From what I read from the more experienced PEers, Warm up is PRETTY DAMN IMPORTANT.

As for the Rice Sock, I use it too. When it's too hot for me to tolerate, I just take it off for few seconds and then put it back on. Make sure it's not BURNING hot. On my microwave, 55 sec on high power is the perfect temperature for me.

    Good luck

I agree 100%. It's critical in my opinion.

I agree with blink. I have always devoted certainly more than three to five minutes warming up--more like ten to fifteen minutes--sometimes longer.

I'm the same as going411by7. I actually warm up 10-20 minutes. Hopefully I'll make gains like him too one day!
