  • Should I increase my training...??

    Hello everyone, I am PEing for a 2 weeks, and I am receiving excellent PI results. I am wondering should I increase my training??(of course I dont want to overdrive, I know that is bad, but a little more exercise....)
    Streching 6 min to 8 min
    Jelq 10 min to 12 min
    Or should I increase for only 1 min??
    I am training by JonPop 90 days routine. Thanks everyone!

    You are geting results,stay with the program. Don't forget to warm up.

        Hi,

        Yes that's the correct way to do exercise for penis enlargement.you will have to exercise your penis for about 5-8 weeks.you start with low intensity exercises and then slowly increase the repetitions and type of exercises as you go along.

          stay with a program for atleast 2 to 3 months .... don't be in a hurry .... if you get gains keep going!! The gains will come trust me!!
