  • How did you find the Gym?

    Hey everyone and anyone,

    I'm trying to expand our commnity, and I'm curious to how everyone found there way here. So spill the beans lurkers, members, and even moderators.

    remek, I started to get interrested in PE back in April of 2005 and found Thunders Place. This where I started but Thunders Place seemed to be getting to big. Then February of 2006 I think Big Girtha was talking about the PE Gym, so I was interrested enough to fimd out about it. This seemed to be the place that I was looking for, so I signed up and the rest is history.
    Starting stats 7/15/05 -FL 3.750"x FG 2.125", (BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750")

    Current Stats: 4/16/10 (BPFL 6.500" x FG 5.625"), ( BPEL 7.825" x EG 6.375")

    Goal for 2011 BPEL 9.000" x EG 6.500"

                            finding the site

                            I never really new that PE existed until about a month ago. I found this random porn site - myfreepaysite.com that only required an email address (I never even do that usually since free porn is so accessible). In addition to the porn it had a link about PE and a beginners workout. I did some google searches and found mens-network which has a free forum. I was convinced by all the testimonials to give it a try and have been pretty consumed with it ever since. Since 8/9 I have been pretty consistent and spent alot of time reading the forums. I just today found this site through google and think it will be my new go-to site.

                            In terms of gains, I started at 5.75 x 4.5. I just measured today and am 6.0 x 4.5. I am pretty happy with the length gains but was really hoping for some girth. The biggest thing I noticed was that flaccid size is much bigger. I never measured this initially since it can vary so much but less than a week into it my flaccid length was always bigger than my previous best moments - it makes going to the gym for comfortable...

                            Here's my workout:
                            3 minute warm-up
                            30 minutes of stretching - 5 minutes in all directions. I currently do 5 minutes all at once but think I will start doing 1 minutes stretches and more reps based on what is always promoted in the forums. I also do 200 jelqs and just recently started doing what I think is called the squeeze - gripping around the base and the glans for 20 seconds at a time. I do about 40 of these. finally a three minute sool down. Any feedback about this routine would be greatly appreciated.

                            Anyway, sorry about the long post. I really like this site and hope to have some good results to share in another month.

                              A google find

                              gopats,

                              First, welcome to the gym. Good to see you found your way here.

                              Second, I'm glad to see google is finally starting to head some people to the site. www.live.com (and the other search engines) typically like us much more than google. What keywords were you using when our site popped up?

                              Third, your routine appears to be pretty intense. If you are gainging, I suggest sticking with it, but if your erections stat to become weaker and your gains stop, then you might want to slow down.                               Also, your routine is definitely length-specific. Stretches are designed to build length and hardness. This is why you haven't gained much girth. The squeezes are a really good girth exercise, especially when 100%+ erect. But again, this is an advanced exercise. You've only been at it a month and your penis might not be conditioned for this exercise. I typically recommend waiting 3 months to do squezzes/Ulis (there other names).

                              Soon the site will be supplemented with advanced exercises, descrpitions, pictures, and some videos too. All for free.
