    hey everyone, just dropping a post as I haven't done one in a while.

    5 weeks into my routine now (would have been 6 if not for a week of illness).

    so far I have not made any measurable gains, however I have experienced some positive PIs. flaccid hang sometimes feels a little heavier and I seem to have improved my EQ slightly. is it surprising that I have not made any measureable gains in 5 weeks?

    this is my routine by way

    10 minute warm by placing my penis in a mug of warm water or through showering

    Stretch straight out x3 (each stretch 30 seconds)
    stretch out right x 3 (each stretch 30 seconds)
    stretch out left x3 (each stretch 30 seconds)

    stretch straight down x3 (each stretch 30 seconds)
    stretch down and to the right x 3 (each stretch 30 seconds)
    stretch down and to the left x3 (each stretch 30 seconds)

    stand up, lean forward and stretch penis directly behind me x3 and for 30 seconds each

    15 minutes of jeqling

    10 minutes cool down using hot mug of water

    doing this 2 days on 1 day off

    any comments on any of the above would be appreciated

    At 5 weeks you can start to slowly progress the routine some. I would suggest increasing the warm up time to 15-20 minutes aswell. I'm not quite sure about your stretch directions? If you do stretches in all 5 directions(up, down, left, right and out) individually, following each stretch direction with some circle stretches, it might be a little better?
    Also try doing the JAI stretches every time you urinate. Hope this helped some, good luck
