    current: 5 ◊ 4
    short term(maybe 2yrs): 6◊5
    long term(maybe 5 yrs) : 7◊5.5
    very long term( maybe 10yrs) :8◊6

    left curve
    current: 35-40į
    short term(1yr):<30
    long term (3yrs):<20
    v long term(5yrs):<10

    lasting long during vaginal penentration
    current : <1min ( maybe 50 strokes)
    short term( 1 yr): 10 min. (>600 strokes)
    long term(2yr) : 20 min. (>1200 strokes)
    very long term( 4yrs) : 30 min.(>2500 strokes)

    this are my goals. give your valuable suggestions and opinion. exercises, routines ,experiences, do's & dont's and any other advice...

    newbie goal : 5.5 ◊ 4.3

    yes, realistic, if you keep consistent and adjust when something doesn't work.

      i am aiming for 1 inch length and 1 inch girth from manual exercise only..

      please consider other aspects of my thread along with size and give suggestions.

      suggest ways for my journey to reach goal of every aspect of my thread.

      what should i aim first?
      1. streghtening curve
      2. length
      3.girth
      4. length+ streightening curve
      i m beginner and wants to do only manual exercise for my short term goals so suggest according to my level and also suggest after level up.

          I think itís realistic. Some guys tend to grow quickly while others slow and steady. I think 3-5 years is a reasonable time to get the majority of your gains.

          For example Iím just under 1.5y into PE and still growing. I would expect to have met my goals by year 3 or 5 easily. You can do it too. Just be very consistent. All the vets here have huge dicks, but didnít start that way. The commonality between them is consistency. Thatís the key.
          Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
          Current: 5/23/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625
          Long Term Goal: BPEL - 8, EG - 6

            From everything i read i think 7 X 5 may be achievable
