  • Questions about LOT (Loos of tug) and warming up (with hot water)

    Hi I started penis exercises about two weeks ago. This forum is a wonderful place but I didnt find answers for two questions.
    1. I found informations about LOT, it seems to be very important factor, but I am not native English speaker and I am not sure if I understand how it (LOT) works.
    Help me please
    When I do a kegel during stretching exercice I feel that kegel is conected to my penis when I pull it up (12 hour) , right - up (2 hour) and left-up (10 hour). I dont feel that kegel pull my penis when I pull towards the floor.
    Does it mean that I should do the jelqing and wear an extender pulling my penis up (12 hour) ?

    2. Secound question is about warming up. I dont know what does it means rice soak, I bealive that this is something that can worm penis up but when I google it I foud only normal rice.
    Can I use normal glass with hot water inside to warm it up. I have been using it for a few days and I think that it works good but I didnt find information about it. I use water from sink, very hot, I feel pain for a few second but then it seems to be good it doesnt burn my skin. Does it good way of warming up?

    Many have not found the Loss of Tug to be of much help in real life. Seems great in theory, but just never helped in their PE.

      Kegel'ing while stretching is a little advanced for someone new to PE.

      Use whatever you like to warm up, the goal is to heat up the tissues of the penis. I use a heating pad filled with rice. You can find variety of different types shapes of these heating pads on Amazon or other online retailers.

      If you focus on being consistent in your practice of PE you will succeed.

        All of that TUG and LOT is seriously over thinking PE

        Just warm up anyway that works and stretch your unit with your hands or with devices.

        If you are consistent and don't cause yourself an injury there's a good chance your penis will grow in size.

          Thank you gus for aswers
          My probles is that I wanna do too much exercises. For the first few days my trainong session lasted about two hours.
          Now I know that it was too much so I made two days of and I will start again today from 200 yelqing plus basic stretching exercises. I will also wear an extender but only one hour a day.
          After two first weeks of exercises I notice that my penis looks a little mit more thick. I had very hard morning erection today so I think that I can come back to exercises again.

            I'd concentrate on the extender if you're using one anyway.

            So don't increase your manual stretches, use them to pre stretch your unit for extending. I'd do 1 or two sets of 30 seconds in all directions.

            Then stick the extender on

            When your finished extending then perform jelgs to plump up after training

            Add more time in the extender every week.

            Honestly, that is a carbon copy of my most successful routine.

              I will use an extender for one hour a day for the first few days, then I will add one hour per week.
              For the first three days of my extender usage I wore it the whole day with maximum pressure
              I am glad that I found this forum, if not I would destroy my penis

                Suggestions:
                increment/add only 15 minutes per week
                start with minimal tension, so you & your penis gets acclimated and you work out any fastening corrections/problems.

                  So why it is written on jes extender website that during the study participants wore an extender for the six months 12 hour per day? This is the reason why I started like that.

                    Well it seems they just give out random advice to be honest.

                    I found 3-4 hours was my sweet spot. But like I said, I did a couple of sets of manuals before I put it on then jelqued after I'd finished with it.

                    It seems to work well mixing it up like that and there's a good few people here that have made great gains from that.

                    It sure beats wearing one for 12 hours a day. Extenders aren't much fun. After a couple of weeks wearing one they feel like sick torture devices. You really need to dig deep to keep going haha. But generally it's all worth it in the end.

                    The day I chucked my extender away was such a relief. I was happy to get rid and by then I had had pretty much all the gains I was willing to get from one.

                    But honestly, I can't quite remember the exact gains I got from it but I think it was an inch and a quarter in about 5 months.

                      Thank you guys for answers. Every clue seems to be very helpful.
                      Now I do exercises 5 times a week (2 days on, one day off, three days on, one day off).
                      I wear an extender for one hour a day only on training days.
                      I will add 20 minutes avery week unlit I reach 4 hours.
                      I do stretching exercise from JP's 90 Day routine and 200 jelqs (50 x4 witch short 1-2 minutes breaks for waching porn with milfs). In several days I will add 50 jelqs and it will be my routine for few mounts. Maybe I will add next 50 jelqs next mounts. Lets see what will happend.
