  • Can not stay erect for my jelqing!!

    well i start of with about 80% erect but after about 8-10 jelqs its down to 50% then by the time im finished my set of 50 (after about 15 - 20 jelqs) its at about 20% erect

    i dont want to be spending the majority of my time trying to get my penis erect again.

    but if i did stop every 10 jelqs to erect it again, would that alter my gains because there wouldnt be a continuios blood flow to the head of my penis?

    im mainly looking for length so does it even really matter that i end up doing the majority of my jelqing at 20%?

    ps. ive tried kegeling and stimulation to keep it erect but still no success, i dont have any problems keeping performing in bed or anything its just pe ing...

    the consencus on the forums is that for length lower erection levels are more effective, plus you have less chance of injury. So your 20% is pretty much what you need!

      Really?I read somewhere about 40% erection level.Also i feel more better when doing with 40_45% erection level.With 20% you dont feel any change.

      I have the same problem.I need advice of a pro in this matter.

        You are absolutely right, IClone. 40 to 80% is the correct percentage for an effective jelq. Anything less and it has little effect and anything more is superfluous, and can cause injury to one who is not properly conditioned.

          At around 40% EL your penis is plump with blood and also soft enough to do wet jelqs .... It's the optimal jelqing EL ....

            When i jelq at really low EL there isn't much blood to work a good jelq .... especially while jelqing when tired or after just having ejaculated .... there isn't much blood flowing down there so the workout won't be as effective as when you jelq with a 40% EL. I think this is where the theory with masturbation and PE comes in. Don't masturbate before a PE workout .... I think it's more detrimental than masturbation after a PE workout ....

                Jp's suggested EL's for his routine
                0-30% for stretching, 30-60% for Jelqing. 40-60% for the "V" Jelqs.

                It won't hurt you to stop or slow down long enough to get your erection levels back. Just make sure you get the desired total rep counts for the routine.
                If you take a viagra your probably going to have the opposite happen (To high of an erection level).

                  I had the same problem when I started out, its so different from masturbation/exciting your dick. Cutting down on my masturbation definitely helped. Give it a try. I'm going on the assumption you masturbate/have sex everyday or every other day.

                    it does help when i dont cum for a couple days, but thats not very often... and my gf would probly be a little concerned if i started turning down sex lol

                    ps. she dosnt no bout my pe-ing cus i wanna see if she notices a size difference one day, then ill deff no its workin

                        What helped me on my jelqing excercises is to stop masturbating as often as I did and that help me get the erection for my jelqing excercises. Hope that helps.

                            You don't want to PE with 100% EL unless you are looking solely for girth .... High EL jelqing is also risky and should only be tried once you have conditioned your penis and have enough PE experience under your belt.
