    Hi guys,

    Im close to finishing the JP90, excited to post my honest results upon completion.

    After JP90, I'd like to incorporate more advanced exercises that target LENGTH, in order to achieve my length goal.

    So i'd like to ask the experienced PE'ers - What are the best exercises for LENGTH?

    Starting measurements (March 2019): NBPEL: 6.75 / EG: 5.25

    2 Year Progress (March 2021): NBPEL: 7.1 / EG: 5.3

    Lifetime Goal:
    NBPEL: 8 (+1.25) / EG: 6 (+0.75)

      A quality extender. I use the x4labs myself. I suggest always keeping in some form of JP90, and you could add in the side to sides frok Big Als JFR.
      Start Sept '18 BPEL 6.0. NBPEL 5.75 GIR 4.75 BPFSL 6.25
      Current Mar '19: BPEL 7.0 NBPEL 6.50 GIR 5.0 BPFSL 7.25

            Check my thread if you're interested in cheap devices.

            As for manual exercises, it essentialy reduces to stretching. Check those involved with that in "Exercises", on the website's header.
