    - Like many guys out there, I suffer from 'chronic masturbation' and being horny an A LOT. (I'm single obviously lol, so masturbation is all I'm capable of in the mean time.)

    *I'm following JP's Beginner Routine, and everytime I finish a workout each day, I masturbate. Sometimes I masturbate up to 8 or 9 times a day spaced out... I'm trying to figure out if MASTURBATION CAN STUNT MY PENIS GROWTH??? Is there a chance I won't GAIN because I masturbate so much?? I try to cut back, but it's hard... I've been chronic about it for years... Thanks guys. I need to know! Because if I find out that it's reducing my PE efforts, that will be a mental reason to stop doing it as much so I can focus on gains!

    Thats an insane amount man. I think you honestly need to get that under control for mental health reasons?

    Anyhow, I personally don't think masturbation or sex once a day will have a severe impact, however a lot of veteran PE guys on here do think it has a small impact.

    But truthfully, there is no doubt in my mind jerking off 9 times a day will hold you back. You need to give yourself a break, let some blood and nutrients stay in your system.

      9 time's is WAY to much man, I don't no how your mind work's so it may be very difficult for you to stop.

      Try weaning yourself off of masterbating, try edging for a long period of time instead of constantly masterbating all day.

      But yea, you do need to stop that, not just for mental health but for physical as well, thats alot of wanking bro, may cause damage down the road.

      As far as gain's go, regular masterbation/sex wont hinder gain's, but 9 times a day may hold you back, Im not 100% though

        Go for a run when you want to jack off. Works for me...

        Boxer's advice is good as well. Masturbating that much will make your dingaling tired and may make it smaller than it actually is due to a poor EQ.

            *Mental health issues are for sure... I started having sex at a very young age, and it seriously poisoned my mind lol. (Half funny, half NOT funny.) I feel like I'm permanently horny, and it sucks... Like I could look at porn every 20 minutes and want to go again. Not good.

            ***BUT, knowing that it can effect my gains is seriously helpful guys. Seriously. I know that I'd rather heal up and have a good size down there than just jack it or have sex as much as possible. Now I can focus on getting it under control, and PE'ing will definently help!!                   HOLY CRAP! My record for one day was 12, but you pounding out consistent 5-8 times is baffling. Even before PE I used to bang out a hat-trick and be spent.
                  You really should get that under control brother, if you edge instead of just masturbate I think in the long term it will be more beneficial for you.

                      There is a difference between masturbation and ejaculation, I feel.

                      You can masturbate multiple times a day, but just don't ejaculate.
                      In fact, if you can learn to have dry orgasms, all your worries will be solved!

                      Every time you masturbate:

                      1) your testosterone levels increase
                      2) your penis is supplied with fresh blood for faster recovery

                      "Use it, or lose it" - especially since you are single.
                      Just don't ejaculate more than maybe twice a week. You will gain like crazy because you will be horny. To satisy your horniness, you will masturbate but you won't cum.

                              i masturbate almost everyday for 3-10 hours straight no lie and i do think it will effect gains i pe'd for a month when i wasnt masturbating alot only a couple times a week and was seeing results but i stoped due to masturbation obsession I dont think pe will work if you masturbate alot because you will not have strong blow flow down their and your penis will not have time to rest and grow similiar to the way your muscles wont grow if you dont let them rest i could be wrong though just my theory thats why i stoped pe i figure it woul dbe a waste of time when your masturbation so much im gonna try and stop masturbating and start pe again
