  • Loss of EQ and size

    I took a 5 day break and now my penis is smaller than ever. I had all positive PIís until I felt pain. Then I cut back routine 2 times and then took a 5 day break. Erections are now impossible, and what I can muster up the girth is tiny. Itís soooo demoralizing. I posted every session Iíve ever had.

    I even saw a size increase, and now.... itís all gone. I need help really badly. Please someone help me

    i've already experience that. what i do: I never take more than 3 days off! some people take 1 week and it's fine. for me 3 days break are enough. It depends on the speed of recuperation. Like wight lifting.. If you recuperate fast, you don't need more than 1 day break, if you recuperate slow, you need more time. It took me months to be able to listen to my dick. Another factor: It's impatience and too much measurements. I measure my self every 3 months and more. In the processus of growing, it's normal that the measurements are not stable 1/8 inch more or less. Try not to think of PE, relax and enjoy training and doing other things. anxity can kill size !

        Why would taking too much time off make my EQ worse? I was fine before I started PE

            If you have good erections during night or morning, it means that it is anxity of performance. If not, maybe you are physicaly and mentally tired.

              I mix 10 second ULI with edging, usually about 5 of these

                My morning erections lately have been very thin, and weak. Iím seriously worried I have scarring going on.

                  That is kind of weird. I took a month off this past year and didn’t lose anything. How much did you lose? Was it like 1” lost or was it 0.025” (if the latter, you have to relax then)

                    your routine is fine. Try to sleep more, take some regular multivitamins and try to boost your testosterone with Zinc 50 mg a day. (i tried and works 100% for me) the more you worry about your dick, the more your dick will shrink ! anxity kill size en EQ. I know that porn It's not good... but with moderation is ok. if you have good erections while watching porn it's addiction, and if you don't have erection watching porn it can probably be some temporary disfonction caused by mental or physically factors. If it's the case, consult a Doctor. But, before, try things your self:
                    1) sleep better
                    2) take vitamins and boost your Zinc
                    3) don't think about PE too much (don't build an obsession)
                    4) change your mind set doing other things
                    5) if you have a porn addiction just moderate your self.
                    6) do your training early in the morning with morning wood

                      Thanks man Iíll try that. Iím going to stop PE until Iím better all together.

                      I sleep ok and take zinc.

                      I have an obsession with PE and may have a minor porn addiction.

                      Lately Iíve been losing erections with my gf

                        I didnít have 100 percent EQ, it was more like 50 tbh, but flaccid and that 50 percent looked tiny. It just made me cry looking at it. Iím in a bad place mentally now that my EQ Is bad, which makes things worse.

                            Ok but why is my flaccid so much smaller? And lighter? I feel like all of itís essence is gone.. itís vitality. I used to have such a nice flaccid hang.

                            Im worried that everyone responds differently to this stuff and some very poorly. Has anyone poked around the peyronies forum? So many Jelqing injuries....

                              Well Iím feeling a lot better. Flaccid hang isnít as good as when I was in the routine, as expected, and my EQ is back to normal. I just rested.
