    Hello
    I had some great gains last year when I went a combo of JPs 90 and the Bathmate. It seemed like I gained an inch. But I also lost nearly 90lbs during the year. Anyway. Iím at it again but want to build a more consistent routine. Can someone check out and comment on improving or agreeing with my routine?
    Warm up shower
    Stretch l, r, , straight out, up, down, btc right, btc left. I helicopter between all stretches and slow crank. During stretches I Kegal during counting.
    After I then finish with Bathmate 15-20 mins with more holding kegals and reverse kegals. which Iím not sure if I should upgrade to a bigger one. My dick is about an .8 in from the end of it now. I donít want to limit myself.
    I also just got the PEXtender and Iím wearing it all day at work. Iím hoping it is doing a good bonus job.
    Iím going 2 days on 1 off.

    Itís the smaller Bathmate that reads to 6 in. Iím guessing it goes another inch or inch and a half to end if it where it doesnít measure?

      Hi f350, my advice is around the equipment and overall.

      Make sure you know why you're doing what you've laid out. Is it for length? Is it for girth? What timeline are you looking at? For me, it's all about knowing my goals and the reasoning I chose them. Then, the program is made to fit.

      15-20 minutes is maxing out in the bathmate, from the start. I would suggest starting at the 10 minute mark and adding 1 minute a week and cap out at 15. From what I've read, going beyond 15 really does nothing for growth and only water retention.

      Also, if it's a noose type extender, start low at 1-2 hours daily and work your way up. It is tempting, especially with bathmate, to go for long periods of time but my experience is there is a happy medium for optimal gains.
      I'm just here for a healthier dong (and a lot of girth).

        Thank you. I want girth and length. I am very eager to stay consistent this time. I just donít know if I should Jelq or use Bathmate or do both. I really want girth.

          Your dick will tell you what it can handle, just be sure you understand it's lsnguage. Experiment intelligently for a week or 2, then build from there. I personally jelq in between my 5 minute bathmate pump sessions.
          I'm just here for a healthier dong (and a lot of girth).

            Iím gonna try 2days on and 1 day off and use my PEXtender during both ON days. Yesterday I made it girth day and focused on Bathmate 5 mins followed by right 50 hand Jelqs then 5 mins Bathmate the left hand Jelq and finishing with alternate overhand Jelqs. I think it felt alright. Today just focus on JP stretches and no Bathmate. 😂. Feel like Iím thinking too much.

              Im new here, just turned 18 few months ago. Im 5 inches n a quarter long and i was pretty confident with that but recently i was curious and did a search on pornhub for 5 inchers and became EXTREMELY embarrassed, brought my confidence wayyy down, i do not care to grow a massive penis, id be greatful to gain an inch with girth. Can anyone please help and give advice!!! Oh and for those who are veterans at this do you actually gain?
