    Hi everyone!

    I'm very glad for found this place. Sorry for my English, but it isn't my nationality language. So i was addicted to porn , and i gave it up on december previously year(something about 260 days now). Still I dont have morning Woods, maybe once a week and its something about 30% erection and i dont have any spontaneous erect during days.

    One Day i found article in my language about kegels muscle, so i started doing them, but in that article there wasnt anything about reverse kegels and i didnt know about it, to since find this website. I have unbalanced pelvic floor muscle, one time i did revers kegels and i dont know how i did that, but i could hold it for 2-3 seconds i felt them opposite to normal kegels,under my stomach inside my pelvic, i can hold normal kegels over 1 minute. I cant feel it again :/. Another problem is i dont have libido im only 19 and i worry about it. I live healthier since 1,5 year i lost weight (18kg) i'm going to gym few Times a week, i'm taking cold showers, i started Reading books and many others now i'm giving up masturbation, since i gave up porn i masturbated once a week but now i give up it absoluty, i'm clear 8 days

    So i have a few questions to you
    1) Problems with my libido and morning woods from unbalanced pelvic floor? ( i didnt have 100% erection during masturbation last week too)

    2)Why i cant feel reverse kegels now i could feel them only one time, now when i try do them i only feel my ABS muscle, i cant feel them like then :/ what i should do to feel them better and do them stronger? I try to feel reverse kegels when i try peeing faster but it dont help me yet (i try for week now)

    3) There are any others muscle which i should to take care for my sexuality health??

    1) I think you should blow up your anxiety about this.
    2) Nofap is a good way of living. But you should know masturbation itself don't hurt you. Libido comes from your subconsciousness.
    3) Reverse kegel means pushing out your PC muscle like when you are in a bathroom. Pretend you push out your urine and shit.
    4) you may take some medicine which grow up your libido, such as l arginine, lecithin, yohimbin, horny goat weeds, red ginseng extracts.
    5) work out will help you. Especially, cardio training will be good for it makes good circulation of blood.

      I'm very Young in my opinon i should be horny all time without suplements.
      Isolate reverse kegels from ABS muscle come with time /practise?
      Why i dont have morning Woods? Pelvic floor balance or something else?

        should you meet a doctor to find the exact answer, I only advised you about your anxiety and concern. It could be a factor which affects your erection.
