    Here is my current routine (every other day):
    Morning:
    1 minute kegel holds (5 minutes)
    30 second kegel holds (5 minutes)
    2 second basic kegels (10 minutes+)

    Evening:
    1 minute reverse kegel holds (5 minutes)
    30 second reverse kegel holds (5 minutes)
    2 second basic revers kegels (5 minutes)
    Alternating basic and reverse kegels (5 minutes)

      I'll start kegeling more.

      But damnit I just got through with a good PE session and then comes eding and it only lasts for 10 damn minutes because I was coming up to the PONR and tried to let it just slide back down but a little came out and bam, end of erection and arousal. Very very frustrating.

        That's because you did actually ejaculate. Don't remember the term of the top of my head. Retroejaculation? Either way, it takes a while to perfect the timing and then allow your body to get use to it.
