  • Beginner routine question

    Im a total beginner that will start with the JP90, 5 days on 2 days off.
    However i have also read a lot of the benefits of doing kegel exercises both for gains, but primarily to help with premature ejaculation and ED.

    So i ask, what kind of kegel routine can i add to the JP90?

    Would you recommend doing both routines in the same sitting?

      I started off kegeling before each jelq rep to push blood in, and reverse kegeling during the rep to maintain balance. I'm not really sure if that's recommended (there are more knowledgeable folks here who'll hopefully chime in), but I know its not recommended to kegel while stretching.
      01Jun18: BPEL 6.75, MSEG 5.0
      04Aug18: 7.375x5.5
      12Sep18: 7.5x5.375 (haven't had time for ULIs)

      Goal: 7.5-8 x 5.5-6. Almost there!

      Heat makes all the difference.

        JP90 routine makes you do 25 quick kegels while stretching..

          I do what USGain said when I do my jelqs. But i also kegels throughout the day.
          I recommend, after your jelqs in the JP90 program,
          You try do up to 50 kegels. Use enough force just to contract and then release. Try to get 50 consecutive.
          If you do 50 consecutive kegels, next time hold for 5 seconds each, up to 50.
          and everytime you hit that goal increase the kegel hold by 5 seconds and keep the reps the same.

          It's alot easier than it sounds, and I'm no pro, but that's how I've been doing mine and EQ has been going sky high. Like a 6/7 to a solid 9 everytime. 10 during intercourse for sure.

          EDIT: The workout is alot simpler than I made it seem, but it isn't easy by any means lol It's a fun challenge. Also, very important to try to be as hard as you can while doing the kegels.

            Those are just light pulses, right? Or am I remembering it wrong?

              50 total in jp90 but quick succession. He said when stretched to the left do 25 and to the right 25.
