    Greetings everybody , I just wanted to share something I discovered that may help you in your journey. There lots of posts on here that recommends stopping watching porn altogether because of the harmful effects.
    I agree with this but often find it difficult to maintain arousal wound having a PE work out . Itís just not that exciting anymore now that Iím about five months in.
    So what I found is if you Google sounds of sex, you can find some pretty good audio that may help increase the stimulation without porn and also heightens the arousal much more like the real thing, Which I think is helpful for those that are working on pre-E and stamina training as well.
    Please feel free to share other ideas and comments .

    THIS^^^is an interesting idea! While it is a fact that males are more visually stimulated than females, I'm unsure if substituting audio stimulation for visual stimulation is not just substituting one addiction for another. Erections are dependent upon the brain's release of cortisol & adrenaline (among other sensory stimuluators) to effect & maintain our erection. I still am convinced using our imagination and mental imaging techniques is a healthier approach, but your idea merits discussion, for sure!

      Does your wife/girlfriend sound like this audio during sex, and are you using only one audio clip or are you searching for 'just the right one?'

      If the audio is more stimulating than real-sex audio, then congratulations... you've just switched from eye porn to ear porn

      Something I've done in the past occasionally is use the smell of my wife's body (her shirt, her panties) as some additional stimulation. I love the way she smells, and smell is connected to memory.

      Still better, imo, to only use the physical sensation and make sure it's a light grip with a rhythm that matches regular sex
      Start (Jan 1st 2017): 7.0" BPEL x 5.1" MEG (17.8cm x 13cm) w/ 1" fat pad

        My concern is this...This is still porn except this is an audio verison. If one wants to get rid of porn altogether, this is only a substitiute and not dealing with the core issue which is mastering your mental and emotional.

        I have started to focus on giving myself mental stimulation (e.g. using my imagination) to get an erection instead of touching my errongeous zones to help me get hard. I am training myself to do this because I do not want to depend on my errogenous and like a switch, I want to mentally turn myself on.

        Something to think about...

          Thank you for the contributions and these are all valid points

          While I understand the idea that it might be switching from iporn your porn I contest that it does require some imagination where is visual porn requires no imagination itís all laid out there for you . And in that regard it has to be a little bit better. I also think that it would help by not seeing the visual portrayal of sex in porn is not really realistic . many of the things they do in porn films youíre not likely to be able to get your wife or girlfriend to do . So the constant visual may said in proper expectations or desires.

          Of course using nothing but your imagination is best, when youíre on a tight schedule you canít just wait around to be in the mood for your PE work out

            As much as I love this idea, I can only fear it will lead us back into the rabbit hole. Pornographic audio is the next best thing after the visuals.
