    Hi,
    I started my modified JP90 routine last week. I am following the 5 day 2 off schedule. Ever since the first day after my workout, I havent experienced decent morning wood. Finally after last week's workout and a break of 2 days, i have experienced it again today. I am also finding it hard to maintain semi erection for the wet jelqs, and i used to take almost 40 mins or more to do the 100 wet jelqs.

    I was wondering that maybe the intensity of the routine is too much for me to start with. Therefore I was thinking of reducing my total jelqs from 125 to 75. I can up the intensity later once i start seeing constant positive PIs.
    Currently doing stretches x 25 Kegels each (Up, Out, BTC) x 2 Sets as well as 200 (each hand) v Jelqs & 125 Wet Jelqs.
    Kindly suggest.

    I started the routine at the same time and follow everything except the amount of jelqs. It has done wonders to me in just such a short time. Stronger erection, flaccid growth, and lots of morning wood. I don't know if my way is right or wrong but I started with 5 min jelqs and added a minute with each day. I'm at 15 minutes now and don't plan to change it unless my cock stops responding at some point. Only then will I increase the amount.

    In my college days I used to be a personal trainer and whenever I had a client who told me that he/she can't get any progress anymore I always told them to take a couple weeks off and then return to me. Once their body was rested I'd slowly build them up. A muscle is very sensitive to overtraining. Some people can handle it and get great gains but most of us need a slow build up. I apply the same concept to jelqing and its been a more than amazing week for me. I just can't believe that I have a slightly bigger and super hard cock now. I feel like on my 20s again.

    My advice - take 2 weeks off. After that start all over again but this time do 5 minutes and add a minute every other day until you reach 15 minutes. Once you did, remain at 15 minutes for a while.
    Start - Feb - 2018:
    BPEL: 7 inches
    EG: 5.125 inches

    April - 2018
    BPEL: 7.2 inches
    EG: 5.125 inches

    Current - May - 2018
    BPEL: 7.3 inches
    EG: 5.3 inches

    Goal:
    BPEL: 8 inches
    EG: 6 inches

      Thanks for the advice but am having trouble doing jelqs getting semi erect, takes me almost 1 hr to do 150 jeqs lol

        Hmm, I guess that's something you'll have to figure out yourself. I always have a porn running and whenever I get too soft I quickly look at it and grow pretty quickly. Most of the time tho I don't look at it as I'd be too hard.

          I shifted to Big Al, since i was unsure about alot of things. Better safe than sorry.

            I was begining to enjoy the routine, however i was struggling with the jelqs and i felt i was not doing justice to myself and the exercise, spending so long doing it. Not to mention the fact that a gradual curve would happen as I was using one hand constantly.
            So I decided to stop with this routine and decided to take the help of Big Al to guide me through.
            I will be updating the same log though with my new routine.
            Hoping to get where i want to, in time.
