  • no girth gains

    hi, Im using bathmate 1year 3times a week &using L-Arginine with zinc before bed. lifting weights 3times a week, and 1-2running a week and I dont see results !
    also I do kegels 100times per day
    1 year ago I was 6.5X4.3
    and now 7.25X4.3 no girth change anywhere.. thats fucked up maybe I doing something wrong
    I just want like 0.5inch on girth and Im pretty happy with that
    can someone correct me I feel like Im doing something wrong

    Have you tried jelquing? Jelquing with higher erection percentages will impact your girth more.

    5.9" (BPEL) x 4.9" (BEG)

    Goal 1
    6.5" x 5.2" by 16 november 2018

    Goal 2
    7" x 5.5'' by 16 may 2019

    Current:
    6.1" (BPEL) x 5.1"(BEG)

      How long are your pumping sessions?

      12/11 NBPEL - 5.1, MSEG - 5
      01/13 NBPEL - 5.35, MSEG - 5.1

      Fat Pad = 1+/-

        I tried jelq but didnt worked

          Add some squeezes to your routine and consider clamping. Girth gains are harder to achieve than length, stay dedicated and patient and if what you are doing isn't working, change it up. Check out the girth buster routine listed in the thread provided below and see if that interests you.
