    Hi all,
    I did the JP90, got some gains, I've been off a few months, I am getting back at doing the JP90 making sure to use the V-jelqs for girth. I really want to focus on gaining as much girth as I can. Any suggestions?

    Since I took a few months off do I basically start like I am starting over and do the JP90 before trying any more intense or other workouts?

      Ease back into it like you are currently doing. It should not take you as long to get reconditioned. After a month or so consider the Advanced Jelq Free routine. The squeezes are a great girth workout.

        I haven't measured in about a month but last time I checked I did. I need to re-measure.
